The ingredients are said to be gentle, and I didn't experience any irritation or discomfort, so it seems to be a good product indeed. As for the application, it spreads more thinly than Nivea's Moisture Lip Balm, which I found quite nice. For me, the peppermint scent was too strong. I didn't have any other issues with it. - th***********Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 17, 2019
I appreciated the reliable ingredients. The refreshing peppermint sensation was also a plus. It's extremely soft. Being heat-sensitive, it crumbles completely when you try to apply it after carrying it in your pocket. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 27, 2016
It's refreshingly cool and I like it. There's no other particular reason, just the coolness. If you keep talking after applying a lot, you might notice white residue around your mouth area. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 18, 2016
I've been using the peppermint scent consistently, and as someone who dislikes feeling stuffy, I absolutely love it! I'm extremely satisfied!! The volume is also beast-sized - normally when I buy lip balm, I use it up within a month, but this one seems to last about two months. It's fantastic! I'm not sure about other places, but I first encountered this at Lohb's, and the price... It was quite expensive for a lip balm, so I agonized over buying it. After using it all up and really liking it, I ended up purchasing it from an international shopping site!! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 10, 2016
I must have bought at least ten of these! I love them so much I've given them as gifts to many people. My lips tend to crack and develop dead skin cells quite often. With other products, I found their effectiveness diminished over time, but not with this one! I absolutely adore it and plan to keep using it in the future. The quantity is generous, and its glue stick-like shape makes it convenient. I occasionally use it as a multi-purpose balm too. Couldn't use it all the way to the end... So much product left at the bottom, I feel like digging it out with a spoon! I suppose this is an issue with all twist-up lip balms, but it's really disappointing. - yu******Dry SkinSensitive SkinDec 15, 2015
The price is quite reasonable. I tried other lip balms after using this, but ended up buying it again after just a few uses of the others. I didn't repurchase because I ran out - the quantity is massive! I bought it again because of the expiration date. It melts easily, and the transparent cap makes it bothersome when the lip balm gets messy. Because it melts so well, it sometimes attracts dust, which is a bit annoying. - go********Dry SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityMar 2, 2015
I bought the peppermint and pomegranate scents. The good points are... Beastly amount of product! Affordable price and gentle ingredients. Personally, I love the cool peppermint scent and the slight refreshing sensation. This is a matter of personal preference though, so I'll leave that aside. The pomegranate scent... ugh. I'd rather it be unscented. Why does it melt so easily?! It melts so much I had to store it in the fridge during summer. Because it's so soft, you need to apply it thickly. It feels somewhat heavy and greasy. Considering that, the hydration isn't all that impressive... which is a bit disappointing. The container design has a hole in the middle, and I found that dead skin cells and tint color would get stuck in that gap, making it easily dirty. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJan 6, 2015
* Clean ingredients * Fair trade certified * Generous amount that lasts all winter * Great value for the quantity * Gluten and GMO-free I usually don't wear lip balm because I love wearing lipstick and drinking coffee or tea. However, I bought this product, and I'm still using it a year later. I don't use it often, so it's lasted this long, but I'm still putting it to good use without throwing it away. Since I only wear lipstick and avoid glossy lip products, my lips tend to crack and get rough in winter. I use this product when my lips split and bleed. After cleansing at home, I apply it generously for lip care, not worrying about the texture or shine. I don't like stickiness or transfer, but I use it because it's effective. The effectiveness must be due to its ingredients. It's made with clean ingredients certified by USDA. (Oddly, fragrance is listed in the ingredients, but there's an unscented option among the four types.) It's full of beneficial ingredients with nothing to remove. Gluten and GMO-free, plus a generous amount. Moreover, it's a product made through fair trade, making it good for both your lips and your conscience. The lip balm slightly melts around the edges when kept in your pocket. You can scoop it out with a spatula and mix it with other products. I use it on various dry areas like under the eyes or nasolabial folds. No need for a separate multi-balm. - tl**********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 2, 2015
The ingredients are gentle and the price is kind to your wallet! It's moisturizing without being greasy, and it's convenient and easy to carry around. Why on earth do you melt in winter? Still, there's no lip balm quite like you, so I'll freeze you again. Be careful to keep it from melting! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 20, 2014
The ingredients are top-notch! Way better than Rosebud. It feels less greasy and less sticky. The peppermint scent reminds me of Baskin Robbins' mint chocolate chip ice cream. There are no downsides at all. The only thing is that the quantity is a bit generous, but given the reasonable price, that's not really an issue. You can pick this up at Watsons.
