As advertised, this product has excellent cleansing effectiveness. It seems to contain oil, which gives it an even stronger cleansing power! What I personally liked was that even when I got some in my eyes while removing mascara, it didn't sting or irritate. I'm not sure if it's because the formula is gentle, but I didn't experience any burning sensation. I feel like there might be some oil residue left, so even after wiping once, you need to be careful to rinse thoroughly when washing your face. It seems a bit risky to rely on this product alone for complete cleansing! - lg*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2023
Oh wow, I really like this! I used to use Sensibio H2O cleansing water, but when I ran out, I decided to try this one. I'm impressed with its cleansing effectiveness. It even dissolves mascara well, so I'm really enjoying using it! I think a double cleanse is probably necessary. It seems that when removing makeup, a second cleanse is almost always essential... haha. - se*****************Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityApr 29, 2023
The oil content seemed to prevent any dryness after cleansing, leaving my skin feeling smooth and moisturized. However, I felt like I needed to rinse quickly to avoid potential blemishes. It effectively removed my base makeup. For mascara, letting it sit on the eyes briefly before wiping worked better. However, it struggled with waterproof mascaras. The product was gentle, with no noticeable fragrance or irritation, making it suitable for sensitive skin. The dark bottle made it hard to see the color of the cleansing water. I was disappointed by the inclusion of several coloring agents, which seemed unnecessary. The ingredient list wasn't entirely satisfactory. The constant need to shake the bottle before each use was a bit annoying. Even after a short while, the layers would separate again, requiring more shaking. This became somewhat tedious over time. - al******Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 2, 2023
I actually never bought cleansing water before because I wasn't sure how it differed from toner. But when I tried a cleansing water sample by chance, it removed everything except mascara so well! So I tried this product, and it's great at removing makeup. Unlike other products, it contains dry oil, making it much less irritating when wiping. I saw many reviews saying it leaves an oily residue, but I didn't feel that at all! It even removes tint and concealer well from my hand when I'm testing products - my hand is always a mess, but this cleans it up nicely! I love it so much!! There's nothing I dislike about it. If I'm being really picky, I wish it removed mascara a bit better, but that might be asking too much. - no***Dry SkinRecommendedAug 13, 2022
This is truly a top-tier product! It's a cleansing water with an oil layer, which might make you think it'll be greasy. But true to its 'Formula with Dry Oil', it doesn't feel slick at all. Instead, it leaves your skin feeling completely fresh and matte. The cleansing effectiveness, which is the most crucial aspect, is absolutely phenomenal. It's a killer when it comes to removing makeup - it wipes it off in an instant. Even those long-lasting mascaras that are a pain to remove these days? This product melts them away in no time. To give you an idea, it's way more effective at removing eye makeup than a dedicated lip and eye remover. This was the most impressive point for me. That's why I'm currently using this product as my lip and eye remover. It's so amazing that once I finish this bottle, I'll repurchase without a second thought. The price is wallet-friendly, and the volume is beast-mode. It's just insanely good. There's no way there could be any downsides. Try it as a lip and eye remover. It's absolutely mind-blowing... - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityAug 10, 2022
The product has separate water and oil layers, so you need to shake it before use. I liked that it doesn't feel too oily and has a lightweight feel similar to a cleansing water. It's not heavy at all, which is great. It's a large-sized bottle, and when it's on sale, you can get it for around $10, which seems quite affordable. While it removes light makeup well, it struggles with waterproof mascara. I had to use a separate point remover for that. The packaging says it's waterproof, so I'm confused why it doesn't remove waterproof mascara effectively. Is mascara an exception? - fd***Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 3, 2022
Here's my review after trying a sample~ True to its claim of being a 'gentle cleanser', it removes makeup without much irritation~~ Also, there was no tightness after cleansing. The hydration was great. However... the residue left behind is too much. Even with other oil removers, it wasn't this bad. Even after wiping twice, a lot of oil remains, so a second cleanse is absolutely necessary. Also, it's not exactly cheap... Among the cleansing waters I've tried, I'd recommend × brand's cleansing water as it removes makeup refreshingly, leaves no residue, and above all, offers great value for money. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2022
I never really used cleansing waters before, but this product has become a staple - I've repurchased it three times! It contains oil like a cleansing oil, so you need to shake it before use. Compared to other cleansing waters, it's incredibly effective at removing eye makeup without irritating my eyes. That's what I love most about it. There's nothing negative to say. I'm truly satisfied with this cleansing water in every aspect. It's sold as a set with a galvanic device at Olive Young, which is a great combination. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 23, 2022

After using only cleansing oils, I decided to try this cleansing water when I saw Heejin from LOONA advertising it. The mix of oil and water seemed to work wonders for my skin! It removed even the most stubborn mascara and took off all my makeup without needing a separate lip and eye remover. I was skeptical about how long it would last, but it lasted exactly 5 months of daily use - great value for the amount you get. I tried the Nivea cleansing water (the white one) that came as a gratis gift after finishing this, but it felt a bit burning on my skin. Surprisingly, the Professional version feels much gentler. What I really loved was that on those nights when removing makeup felt like such a chore, I could just wipe my face with this and go to sleep without my skin feeling overly dry. Even with my slightly dry skin, it didn't cause any deep dryness, which was amazing! The only downside was that the cap was a bit inconvenient to use. Also, it absorbed quite a lot into the cotton pads, which felt a bit wasteful. Make sure to shake well before using! I found that thick cotton pads absorbed too much product and didn't release enough, so I use thin Innisfree 5-layer cotton pads instead - they work great! A pro tip: layer two cotton pads, apply the product, place them on your eyes, and then remove - works like a charm! The photos show the galvanic massager that came with it (though I'm not sure how to use it), the gratis Nivea cleansing water (which stings a bit), and the cotton pads that work well with this product. I've already used up and discarded the main product.
