For the first week, I was pleased with how well it removed my makeup. Still, double cleansing is necessary. After about a month, I noticed bumpy, eczema-like patches appearing around my philtrum and eye area. At first, I thought it might be due to the dry air in hotels and flights during my travels, but it seems this product just doesn't suit my skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 31, 2017
It's suitable for days when you're wearing light makeup. This cleanser is gentle and doesn't cause blemishes. It also has a pleasant scent that makes it enjoyable to use! It doesn't leave you with that squeaky-clean feeling at the end. Sometimes it makes you wonder if you should do a double cleanse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 27, 2017
There's not really anything particularly good about it. I've been using it for a few months since I bought it, but I wouldn't really recommend it. It claims to remove makeup, but I was disappointed. I usually pre-cleanse with cleansing water, because using this alone leaves makeup residue in my pores. I'm not sure if it's gentle as claimed, and since it doesn't remove makeup well, I don't think I'll repurchase it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2017
The cleansing effectiveness is great. It removes dead skin cells to some extent and takes off makeup well. Some people say it feels slippery after washing, but I didn't experience that. Actually, I find gel-type cleansers like this less drying and better than foam types that leave your skin feeling squeaky clean. Rather than being disappointed with the product itself, I find it difficult to purchase. I initially bought it at a LOHB's store, but when I wanted to repurchase, I realized there aren't many places to buy it, both online and offline. It's only available in select LOHB's stores. Where does everyone else buy this? - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 11, 2016
It has quite good cleansing effectiveness. I'd say it's a pretty strong cleanser, capable of removing even mascara when wiped off with a tissue. When I first used it, my face felt a burning sensation and turned red, so I stopped using it. Later, thinking my skin might have gotten used to the ingredients, I tried it a few more times. However, I still experience a burning sensation after use, and bumps appear on my face. While I don't have any allergic reactions to other cosmetics containing benzyl alcohol, this cleanser alone causes an unusual reaction. Suitable for both first and second cleanse in one go - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 7, 2016
I use this when I'm too lazy to remove makeup with cleansing oil. It removes makeup well and feels nice. It's a bit slippery, but that's probably why my skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing. It tends to struggle with removing heavy eye makeup... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 30, 2016
After using this, my skin became smoother. It seems to effectively remove dead skin cells. The scent doesn't meet my standards and is too strong for my liking. There's no additional packaging, so you need to be careful when having it delivered. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 3, 2016
I love how it works as both a makeup remover and cleanser in one step. I was worried it might be harsh since it's doing double duty, but surprisingly it's gentle and mild on my skin. The cleansing effectiveness isn't exceptional, so some makeup might not be fully removed. Also, my skin feels dry and tight after washing. I wish it could remove makeup more perfectly. It's just so-so. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2016
I really appreciate how gentle it is. As someone with dry skin, I prefer products that are soft and moisturizing rather than those that leave my skin feeling squeaky clean. This seems perfect for me. I also like that the scent isn't overpowering. It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't produce a rich lather. I enjoy foam cleansing, so I end up using a lot of product and putting in extra effort to create foam every day, which can be tiring. It doesn't seem to completely remove makeup. That's why I use a cleansing oil product first, then follow up with this for a final cleanse. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 11, 2016
The cleansing effectiveness is so good that you don't need a separate makeup remover. It's also not irritating due to its low chemical content. I don't have any complaints at the moment. If I had to say something, maybe I'd prefer a nicer fragrance, but that's about it.
