But it's really great! It doesn't sting my eyes at all. There's no blurry vision, and it removes makeup cleanly. I paid full price without a sale, but it's still reasonably priced. Excellent! Well... there's nothing bad. Maybe the fact that you can only buy it in the US? When I used Kissmee mascara, it wouldn't come off cleanly without a special eye makeup remover. But I happened to try this product abroad, and it gently removed my mascara so well. I've been consistently buying and using it ever since! The bottle has an open-style top without a separate cap, so you need to be careful when applying it to a cotton pad as it might pour out suddenly. I've lost count of how many bottles I've used. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and it's not drying (it has a rich feel), which I actually prefer. I even use this to remove my makeup. I deducted one star because of the benzyl alcohol. However, I'll keep using it until I return to Korea. The bottle opening is very inconvenient. There's no mechanism to control the amount dispensed, and the opening is too wide. It also lacks a seal on new products. Honestly, if I were in Korea, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to buy this. Just looking at Hwahae, there are so many cheaper products with better ingredients that remove makeup well. This eye and lip makeup remover seems gentler than others I've tried. It's less irritating when removing mascara, and I love that it's affordable too. Make sure to shake well before use. After applying, go over your eye area again with a clean cotton swab or pad. Any leftover oil can solidify into white residue or cause eye gunk the next day. I'm quite sensitive when it comes to cleansing products - using the wrong one can quickly lead to severe blemishes. That's why I don't switch often and tend to stick with what works. I used to rely solely on cleansing oils that suited me well, without a separate eye makeup remover. I decided to try this product after hearing it was gentle, and fortunately, it hasn't caused any breakouts, so I've been using it consistently. If I oversaturate, there's a slight cloudiness in my vision, but it's not as bad as with cleansing oils. Plus, there's no stinging sensation, which some cleansing oils can cause. Given that I tend to layer my eye makeup, this alone doesn't remove everything perfectly, but using it as a first step has made my cleansing routine so much easier. There is a slight alcohol scent, but I don't find it overpowering. In fact, I prefer it to the floral fragrances often found in cosmetics, so it doesn't bother me at all. The product's container has an extremely wide opening, which makes it a bit inconvenient to use. It's a common issue I've noticed with many cosmetics purchased from overseas - the packaging often leaves much to be desired. I believe this product is now available domestically as well, though I'm not sure if it's exactly the same. I started using this makeup remover because I dislike the greasy feeling typical of oils. It definitely feels less irritating on the skin. The cleansing effectiveness is great too - it removes most mascaras in one go. There's hardly anything to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. However, since I use it for its oil-free formula, it's not an issue for me at all. The only other thing might be that the container makes it a bit tricky to control the amount. Other than that, I'm using it happily.

It's a staple product. When I ran out of eye makeup remover in the US, I bought a small size at a local store (I think it was Target). It has great cleansing effectiveness, is easy to find anywhere in the world, and is reasonably priced. I recommend it because all the cleansing ingredients are good. Maybe because it's fragrance-free, the smell isn't great. It's like a clay smell? There's a strong artificial chemical scent. I'm not sure if it's because I used the small size, but when you open the cap, it's wide open, which often led to accidents where the contents would spill out. As you'll see when you use it, the oil layer separates, so make sure to shake it well before use to mix it. It wasn't irritating at all and removed makeup so well, which I loved! I didn't experience any pimples or blemishes after using it. If I had to nitpick, there was a slight alcohol scent. However, it wasn't overpowering, so I still liked it. I'd probably buy it again if it came in a larger size.
