Highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts and men. It cleanses thoroughly and helps reduce body odor. Not suitable as a shampoo. It can make your hair feel very dry and brittle.

I love the simple packaging! My husband uses this all-in-one product regularly. The scent is pleasant too. It's not too slippery or too squeaky clean - just right in between. I didn't really find any downsides. Though, since it's for men, I wonder if it could have been a bit more deeply cleansing? It's fine for women to use as well.
