The color is an honest, cool black. I've been using the product by putting some on the cap to control the amount, but now the cap won't come clean no matter what I use - cleansing oil or water. What should I do?

However, noticing that many people are now using gel eyeliners, I decided to try one again after a long time. Sure enough, the intensity and staying power of gel liners are unmatched by pencil liners. The dual eyeliner brush that came in the set has surprisingly good bristle quality, size, and grip, allowing for quick and precise application. As expected, Picasso brushes are always reliable. I'm extremely satisfied with this high-quality gel eyeliner at this price point, along with the premium dual brush. Compared to pencil liners, the gel sets faster and is a bit more challenging to correct, so I still need some practice to get fully accustomed to it.
