I tried it for the first time today, and miraculously, my skin didn't get oily all day... This product is legendary! I regret only buying one... I should have stocked up during the special sale. What a missed opportunity! It seems better to apply this before makeup rather than after! At first, I was amazed by how it starts off moisturizing but then dries to a less hydrated finish. Even when applied to bare skin, it didn't feel like I was just layering powder on. Instead, it felt comfortably moisturizing at first, and as it dried, I felt less greasy! When used over makeup, it causes foundation to pill. After some time, areas where I applied too much develop white powder marks. The problem is, it goes on clear, so I didn't notice and ended up walking around with visible white patches on my face. What a nightmare! For best results, use sparingly on bare skin or as a final step in your skincare routine. I love that it's a water-based no-sebum cushion, which applies moisturizing and smoothly without any excess powder. I fell in love with the Fanel serum cushion and got another Fanel product! It's a liquid no-sebum cushion that also acts as a primer, so I use it once before and after makeup.
