- de********Dry SkinJun 8, 2015
This serum has a milky beige tint with a subtle citrus scent. I apply it before moisturizer, depending on my skin's condition that day. If I have dead skin cells, I use the Paula's Choice one, but when my skin is sensitive, I reach for this. It's that safe. While it doesn't have dramatic effects, it's a non-irritating serum. True to its name, it helps with gentle exfoliation, aiming for brightening (not whitening!) effects. It's good for daily care, but... (I'll mention the drawbacks in the cons section) Hmm? It's not much different from an average moisturizer, so I won't be repurchasing. I was torn between this and Young & Beautiful, ended up buying both, but now I regret getting either. It's too dry to use alone, and while they say to use it as a base layer, I'm not sure... Maybe my skin is too resilient, but I don't see much of an effect. Perhaps I've been spoiled by the dramatic results of the Radiant Glycolic Mask, but this just feels like an ordinary serum, similar to typical Korean brightening (not whitening, it's not a bleach) products. (It's the orange product in the photo) I bought it super cheap from either Coupang or Tmon. Even cheaper than buying directly from overseas. They even offered Rocket Delivery. Not sure if it's still available though...
