I love how moisturizing this balm-type product is! It's not heavy even when reapplied, and it gives a nice, lively color. As someone with a cool summer complexion, I'm using it to bring some healthy color to my face. Since I use it like a lip balm, I go through it faster than expected. The product absorbs well and evens skin tone, giving a natural glow. It's great for hydration and doesn't cause any irritation. Perfect for those with sensitive skin looking for a brightening moisturizer that works hard to improve your complexion. - ye*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedJul 15, 2025
The color is beautiful. While many reviews mention poor staying power, I found it quite usable. It doesn't look pretty when applied over dead skin cells. It's the stickiest lip product I've ever used. I tolerate it because of how pretty it is. Apply the melting balm, then gently dab some lip balm on top to coat it. This helps reduce the sticky finish. - he*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessJul 8, 2025
1. Hmm... The color is pretty. 2. As a melting balm, it creates a glossy and plump lip look. 1. Being a melting balm, the texture is inevitably very sticky and melts easily. Due to its quick-melting nature, the product gets used up rapidly even after just a few applications. 2. There's a slight burning sensation when applying it to the lips. 3. It's meant to be moisturizing and smooth out dead skin cells, but instead it accentuates them and causes severe pilling. I originally used color lip balms and tried this melting balm out of curiosity, but it doesn't suit me, so I won't be repurchasing. The reviewer seems to have combination dehydrated skin and was looking for a product to provide hydration and even out their lip texture. However, they found that this melting balm didn't meet their expectations in terms of moisturizing and smoothing out dead skin cells. They also noted issues with the product's consistency and how quickly it gets used up. - mi*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRednessRecommendedJul 7, 2025
The lipstick-style applicator is a huge plus, making it super easy to apply. The color is gorgeous too. It might look like a neon pink at first glance, but trust me, it's not at all! I'd recommend trying out this lip tint line in-store before purchasing. It feels like the lipstick is pulling off dead skin cells... And it tends to attract dust easily. - pi*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2025
This cool-toned shade is to die for! The color payoff? Absolutely phenomenal, no questions asked. It's a must-have item, hands down! You'll love it, I promise! Go grab it right now! The texture is slightly moisturizing but also creamy? It's not a watery formula, and it applies smoothly on the lips!! If you have dead skin cells on your lips, it won't cling to them, but it does emphasize any flakiness. Also, if you keep it in your pocket, it doesn't melt completely, but it does soften... It's not quite liquid, but I'd say that's a drawback if anything. It seems to be fine if you store it in a cool place, though. If you use a lip brush to apply it gently, you can achieve that soft, delicate lip look! - kh*****Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 4, 2025
The positives: First off, the case is incredibly sleek and beautiful. Compared to other tints, it's more compact, making it super convenient to carry around anywhere! At first glance, you might think, "Oh, this could be a bit matte," but when you apply it, it goes on incredibly smoothly and gives you a fantastic glow. (Above all, true to Room N's style, the case is absolutely stunning!) The downsides: While there weren't any major drawbacks, if I had to mention one, it would be the distinct cosmetic scent that might cause motion sickness. If you're sensitive to smells, you might want to steer clear of this one. It's not exactly a tip, but since my natural lip color is quite deep, I find it looks even prettier when I neutralize my lip color with a cushion foundation or something similar before applying the tint! - kn*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 25, 2025
The color is absolutely perfect for cool-toned skin, I'm loving it! It glides on so smoothly and has just the right amount of creaminess. Among all the melting balms I've tried, this is definitely my favorite product. It tends to emphasize dead skin cells a bit, so it's not ideal when your lips are dry. For a truly stunning look, try applying a light pink matte lipstick as a base before using this product. The result is gorgeous! - kd******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 25, 2025
The color payoff is great, and I love how moisturizing it feels. It's a glowy type that gives a beautiful shimmer effect. The vibrant pink shade is perfect for summer cool tones! True to its "melting balm" name, it's melting away in the summer heat. Maybe due to the weather, but it seems to have become a bit stickier compared to when I first bought it. - vi*****Oily SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2025

I'm going to use this for life, I swear. I lost my tint while out, so I rushed to Olive Young to buy something. And guess what? I found something absolutely gorgeous! If you apply a deep color to your lips first, then layer this on top, the resulting shade is out of this world beautiful. I highly recommend it... It's especially great because it's as moisturizing as a lip balm. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells at all and it's just fantastic. It doesn't really stain your lips, you can think of it more like a tinted lip balm!
