The lip gloss I bought recently was a total letdown, and it turns out I've been disappointed by their products in the past too. What's funny is that even now, with my improved ability to discern formulas and products, Rom&nd lip products consistently let me down. When I bought this one, it was marketed as a cool-toned lip product. I'm not sure if it's discontinued now, but anyway, it has a bit of saturation and a muted quality. Being a velvet tint, it doesn't change color on the lips, but I probably tossed it somewhere because it didn't suit me while applying. While I use Rom&nd blushers well, as someone with a light undertone and deep undertone who suits 'high brightness, low saturation' shades like grayish soft tones, and has an extremely narrow palette of flattering makeup colors, I just don't seem to get along with Rom&nd lip products. They always seem to have a muted quality, a grayish tone, high saturation, and their tints change color. The color is absolutely gorgeous! While the saturation is slightly muted, it achieves that perfect 'natural pink' look. It's beautiful even when applied as a full lip color. It can sometimes accentuate dead skin cells and occasionally feels like it's sitting on top of the lips rather than blending in. However, the shade is so pretty that I'm willing to overlook these minor issues.

It's the perfect tint for cool-toned winter skin. The texture is absolutely gorgeous. So soft and velvety... it's beautiful. It tends to emphasize dead skin cells quite a bit. As someone with cool-toned skin, I absolutely loved how this applied. It went on smoothly without any residue and looked so natural and beautiful. It was like a real strawberry milk shade? But to hear it's discontinued... I regret not buying more when I had the chance! Now I'm searching for a similar color like Pola. It was truly the best. Please bring it back soon!!!! Oh my goodness... I can't believe Pola is being discontinued! Please stop discontinuing products... The color reminds me of azaleas, a beautiful soft pink~ I expected a brighter strawberry milk pink, but it's actually more subdued than I thought. I was a bit disappointed. The application is smooth, and for a velvet formula, it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells much, which I liked. If you don't control the amount, it can apply quite thickly. This reduces how naturally it adheres to the skin and increases transfer. To be honest, even with a thin layer, the velvet formula tends to transfer quite a bit... 
Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2022I really loved how it filled in between my lips. It goes on slightly thick but doesn't feel heavy - more like a cozy sweater, so it wasn't overwhelming. With a gentle press, I could spread it thinly. Thanks to this, I could use it for gradients, base, and accent on my lips. It also applied evenly on my cheeks without patchiness. The staying power was great and it adhered really well to the skin. It's perfect for cool-toned light skin. For some reason, my skin tone tends to wash out colors, so I bought Polar, which is supposed to be the lightest shade. But as expected, it could still look too dark if I'm not careful. Controlling the amount was quite important, and it felt a bit like it was sitting on top of the skin. However, blotting with a tissue solved the issue. I remember the scent becoming very strange if not stored properly. If you're sensitive to fragrances, you might need to pay extra attention to product care. After applying, blot it several times with a tissue, then apply a thin layer again. Rom&nd really nails their color cosmetics... I'm thrilled I got this at a great price. The shade is perfect for cool-toned skin It tends to emphasize dead skin cells quite a bit. Apart from that, the color is truly beautiful

Highly recommended for cool-toned skin. The disappointing thing about Rom&nd tints is that while the colors look pretty when swatched, the formula doesn't adhere to the lips at all. As a result, the staying power is poor. It feels like flour sitting on your lips, making them very dry. Due to the lack of adherence, I'm not sure if it even creates a pretty lip look. I initially wore it because of the color, but I wouldn't repurchase it. The Blur Fudge Tint and foundation are all disappointing. The only product I'm using well is one of their blushes.
