It's mildly acidic but has great cleansing effectiveness! At first, I thought it was alkaline, but turns out it's actually slightly acidic!! It's so gentle that even my mother, who has a compromised skin barrier like me, is using it well!! Hmm... if I had to pick something, I'd say it doesn't remove heavy eye makeup very well...? But that doesn't really matter since I use a separate makeup remover anyway!

Surprisingly gentle with a decent cleansing power that gets the job done nicely. Nothing particularly negative to mention. If you need extra cleansing, you can always use a milk cleanser as your first step.
