This moisturizer feels more like a nourishing cream. Since it's summer, I find it a bit heavy for morning use, so I've been applying it as the final step in my evening skincare routine after cleansing. I love how it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time and doesn't cause any blemishes at all! The cream is filled to the brim of the container... For the first few days, you have to be extremely careful when opening the lid. - hi********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedApr 22, 2023
It balances both hydration and oil, absorbs well, and is gentle enough not to irritate the skin. It's particularly great for those with deep dryness, as it seems to provide long-lasting moisture. Despite being called a 'light' cream, it's surprisingly rich... Even as someone with dry skin, I found it quite oily, so it might not suit those with oily complexions. I recommend applying a small amount in a thin, even layer! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2023
I love how this is lighter compared to the original Dokdo Cream. I've always been a fan of the Dokdo Cream for its gentleness and subtle fragrance. This Light version maintains those great qualities while offering a more weightless feel, which is why I decided to make the switch. I recommended it to my sister who has oily skin, but she said it was too rich for her liking. - en*******Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 27, 2023
This is the Dokdo moisturizer from Roundlab. It's gentle with great ingredients, so I can apply it without any worries. There's nothing bad to say! I used to use just the regular cream, but the light cream is also excellent. - hy******Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2022
I snagged a great deal using a frequent sale price discount coupon. I love that the ingredients are gentle and mild! The hydration isn't the best, so it might be better for light use during summer. It feels wonderfully moisturizing when applied with oil. - xh******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 26, 2022
I love it! It's not too rich, which is great. Seems like a perfect daily item. Nothing bad to say. It's good, lightweight, not too rich - just right for everyday use. Nothing to add really. Just apply it without hesitation... It's great for daily use! - oo********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2022
I loved how gentle it was! Switching to milder skincare products has definitely made a positive difference for my skin. There wasn't really anything I disliked, but if I had to nitpick, using the spatula can be a bit of a hassle, haha. - sj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 27, 2022
Great value for money... The texture doesn't leave a greasy feeling, it maintains skin hydration while feeling gentle on the skin... There's nothing to complain about, but apparently I have to mention a downside for the review to be posted, so here we are... - hy***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMar 17, 2022
- The ingredients are great. I have sensitive skin, but experienced no blemishes after use. - It absorbs quickly. - Not dry at all. Excellent hydration. - I like that the color resembles soy milk. - It applies quite thickly. I prefer a softer application, so that's a bit disappointing. - It's very rich. I have combination dehydrated skin, so I prefer products without excess oil. Even when I applied this after washing my face in the evening, it still felt oily before bed. - It feels heavy. I understand now why many reviews say it's not light, despite being called a 'light cream'. It feels a bit suffocating, like something's sitting on your skin, similar to old-fashioned sunscreens. - The finish isn't fresh or light. - 62********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 2, 2022
I bought this for my 8th grade daughter. We used to only use the Dokdo Cream, but I accidentally ordered the Light version this time. Surprisingly, she says it feels even lighter than before (more fluid consistency) and less oily, which she prefers. It's a minor point, but the spatula feels a bit clunky. (Just personal preference)
