All the skincare products I've used before were truly gentle giants. But this Matrixyl cream? The moment I sniffed it, I started coughing and got a headache. How is this even possible? I thought French products were intense, but this is on another level! For now, I've decanted 10 grams into a smaller container and I'm using it bit by bit. It absorbs well, but I'm using such a tiny amount that I can't really tell the effects yet, haha! They reformulated it due to fragrance issues, and this is what we get? I can't bring myself to use it... Is there enough merit to this product to endure such a strong scent? You need to control the amount well to avoid blemishes. My skin texture has improved so much that I plan to keep using it. Even though I apply only a small amount to prevent breakouts, it's still sufficiently hydrating. The key is controlling the amount.
