Due to my job, my hands are inevitably dry, so I always use hand cream. I've used it year-round, so I've probably tried every hand cream out there. I had been eyeing the Albou Number the Stars hand cream since I saw it sold at Olive Young and Musinsa, and after using it, I'm extremely satisfied. The packaging is well-designed, and the scent is luxurious, making it a great gift option too. Scent: Albou seems more like a lifestyle brand than a beauty brand, considering their packaging and overall concept. It has an artistic flair that adds to interior decor. The fragrance isn't like typical hand creams; it's more of a spa or aromatherapy scent. It's quite sophisticated. The mix of rose and sandalwood creates a cool, refreshing feel while still being substantial. Every time I use this hand cream, people around me always ask what product it is. Even a small amount can change the atmosphere. Texture: It absorbs quickly without any stickiness, yet provides good hydration. I appreciated that it's not a lightweight cream or one that's so water-based that you need to keep reapplying. Packaging: When it comes to hand creams, I prefer tubes that are easy to carry and open. Pump bottles can be tricky to manage on-the-go, and jar types can be inconvenient to open. This one has a squeeze tube like L'Occitane, which is hygienic, portable, and easy to use right after washing hands. There's nothing particularly bad, but the price point isn't very accessible. It's a shame because there are many other good hand creams available at more affordable prices. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2022
It leaves your hands feeling soft and velvety, with excellent hydration. The scent was a bit off-putting at first, but the more I smelled it, the more I appreciated its unique and lingering fragrance. Initially, it has a dried rose scent with a slightly unisex note, but later, subtle hints of rose and musk emerge. It's an uncommon, sophisticated scent, though it might not be everyone's cup of tea. These days, I find myself washing my hands more often just for the joy of applying this hand cream. Plus, the packaging is absolutely lovely! The only downside is that it's a bit pricey for a hand cream.
