I started using this when my skin barrier was compromised due to over-cleansing, and I could definitely feel its effectiveness in moisturizing and soothing my skin! Since I have oily skin, it felt a bit heavy, and I'm not sure if I applied too much, but I noticed some small bumps appearing. For those with oily skin, this might be better suited for winter or fall rather than summer. - pr****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 24, 2025
The name "Adhesive Cream" makes sense When dead skin cells start to appear, applying a thin layer gives a sense of smoothing out the skin's surface It adheres to the skin like a firm, elastic film which I found quite satisfying Usually, ceramide creams cause blemishes or feel suffocating, but this one was fine Those with super sensitive skin might want to give it a try Suitable for strengthening the skin barrier It feels like a protective cream when your oil and moisture balance is off! It's a good product to use when you need that firm, adhering finish on your skin Or for soothing and barrier care when dead skin cells appear While it's moisturizing, it lacks hydration I always use it with a hydrating cream It's thick and doesn't spread easily, making application a bit challenging The small size and quick use-up are disappointing for frequent use On its own, it's a bit lacking in hydration and absorption But when combined with other products, it's a cream that definitely makes its presence known! - jm****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2025
I must have gone through over 20 tubes of this stuff! I've tried many of the highly-rated skincare products on Hwahae, but with my super sensitive skin, most of them were too harsh. However, Sidmool's Ceramide Adhesion Cream is different - it doesn't cause any blemishes and provides excellent hydration. I've been using this cream exclusively, and it's been working wonders. The price? During seasonal changes and in spring, fall, and winter, I go through about 2 tubes a month, which can be a bit costly. Also, it's just... okay? I don't notice any dramatic effects on dead skin cells, but it's a solid, no-frills product that gets the job done without any issues. If you apply it carelessly, it can leave a white cast. Make sure to pat it in gently while looking in the mirror. - s2******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 16, 2025
After a self-care routine, my T-zone becomes oily in less than 30 minutes, while my U-zone has a more neutral complexion close to an oily skin type. When I drink alcohol, my butterfly area turns red the next day, accompanied by peeling skin and intense heat (though I can't give up drinking). As a loyal customer of Hwahae, I've found this product to be highly effective in soothing and moisturizing my skin. I initially purchased it based on the recommendation of a Hwahae consultant when my problematic skin condition first arose, and it has now become an essential item for me. Even when applying makeup, a small amount is sufficient, and it doesn't cause any slippage. The formula is not watery, but has decent spreadability and absorption. Before applying makeup, you should adjust the amount to about the size of a fingernail and allow enough time for it to be fully absorbed. Even if you don't pat it, you should take a break between steps. This also applies when using a primer. If you feel that the primer or cream is not blending well, try adjusting the amount and waiting a bit before applying makeup. Before bed, apply an amount about the size of your index fingernail. Even with an oily skin type, there is no feeling of breakouts or clogged pores. - jn******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedApr 14, 2025
One-line summary: The ultimate moisturizing cream for combination dehydrated skin! Skin type: Sensitive, combination dehydrated Background: My skin experienced side effects from steroid ointments. While it has somewhat recovered after treatment, I'm left with redness, scarring, and sensitive skin prone to inflammation. Verified recommended product: Updating my review for 'SIDMOOL Dr. Troub Ceramide Skin Barrier Cream' Product features: 1. Ingredients: Contains 20,000ppm of 95% pure ceramides. Strengthens weakened skin barriers. Oil-free formula, making it suitable for sensitive skin prone to folliculitis. 2. Texture: Thick cream consistency. Absorbs well when patted into the skin. Applies smoothly when used after a hydrating emulsion in your skincare routine. 3. Moisturizing power: Perfect for my combination dehydrated skin. I've been searching for a cream like this for so long - it's truly amazing! What I loved: 1. The ideal finishing cream for combination dehydrated skin! As someone with sensitive combination dehydrated skin, using only hydrating creams leaves me feeling dry inside and oily on the surface. I absolutely hate sticky finishes, so I always apply a moisturizing cream as the last step. This locks in the hydration from previous products and leaves my skin feeling firm. Finding a moisturizing cream with the right balance of oils and a non-sticky finish for combination dehydrated skin has been incredibly difficult. Often, if the oil content is right, the ingredients or stickiness are off, or if it's not sticky, my skin becomes an oil slick the next day. This product, however, has the perfect feel for me. When I apply this cream in appropriate amounts after my regular skincare routine with hydrating products, my skin feels moisturized inside but matte on the surface. It doesn't transfer when touched, and there's less oil production the next day! I love it so much. I'll use this forever. 2. Great ingredients, firm and comfortable skin SIDMOOL's quality ingredients speak for themselves. Packed with ceramides, it really feels like it's strengthening my skin barrier. My skin feels so comfortable, with no blemishes, and even my redness seems reduced. My skin has become firm and bouncy. I previously had a terrible reaction to another brand's famous ceramide cream, which made me think ceramides didn't suit me. Turns out that wasn't the case. This cream works perfectly for me. As it's an oil-free hydrating product, I didn't experience any folliculitis flare-ups, which I'm prone to! Areas for improvement: There are absolutely none. I want to use this forever. There's nothing I dislike about it. My personal tip: Some people say it's hard to apply due to its thick consistency, but if you use it after a hydrating product in your skincare routine, it spreads easily! If you still find it difficult to apply, try patting and spreading it gently to achieve that firm, bouncy skin. It pairs well with COSRX Simple Daily Emulsion and SIDMOOL Dr. Troub Moisture Milk! - ka*******Dehydrated SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 6, 2025
This product introduced me to the concept of skin barrier. As someone who struggles with dead skin cells, I used to think solving that issue alone would be enough. But wow, after applying this, my skin felt so firm and plump the next morning when I washed my face. I regret not discovering this sooner and now use it religiously morning and night. The absorption might seem challenging at first, but don't worry. Instead of rubbing, try patting it in and it absorbs well. Apply it in a circular motion. I highly recommend this product combination for those concerned about dead skin cells. - 02******Combination SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2025
This is my second tube of this cream, and I'm quite satisfied with how it keeps my skin moisturized and seems to effectively tame dead skin cells. It's particularly good for applying when my skin is feeling sensitive. However, it doesn't absorb very well. So instead of spreading it, you need to pat it onto your skin. It's great to use when your skin barrier is weakened. - ch*****Combination SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
I first tried this product about 7-8 years ago, and since then, I haven't been able to find a cream to replace it. While it doesn't have a particularly special texture, it truly lives up to its name. The most remarkable thing is that when I use it, I don't get any dead skin cells on my face. You can see results in just about a week, but if I stop using it, the flakiness returns within days! I usually only get dead skin cells around my nose, and even creams with great oil and moisture balance and nice texture couldn't calm that area down. But this cream is the only one that manages to do it. I think I'll have to use it for life! As I mentioned above, it's not a cream with an outstanding texture. The consistency doesn't seem suitable for use right before makeup. It's not exactly greasy or thick, but for some reason, it feels like it might cause makeup to pill and make your skin feel stuffy. So, I always use it as part of my evening routine. Even applying it just at night every day keeps facial flakiness at bay. It's the best cream! This cream works best when applied as a final step in your evening routine after cleansing. I found it pairs well with a hydrating cream or a rich essence right before applying this one! - sy******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDec 12, 2024
The ingredients seem good, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's truly effective. It's not particularly hydrating, and while it has a somewhat rich texture, it feels a bit heavy when applied. That's why I use it mainly for moisturizing my décolletage and chest area. Hmm... Overall, almost everything about this product is disappointing. It's a nearly fragrance-free ceramide cream, so it's just something you can slather on without much thought. - jo********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 2, 2024
Skin Type: I used to have dry skin, but after my gut health deteriorated, I developed combination dehydrated skin. My skin is now super sensitive and difficult to manage. Application: It glides on smoothly and effortlessly. Given its creamy texture, it absorbs really well. The consistency is incredibly soft. Absorption: It absorbs incredibly fast without leaving any residue. Perhaps due to my skin's lack of hydration, it leaves a very fresh finish. Effectiveness: This cream is a lifesaver when my skin becomes highly sensitive. I first used it five years ago when my skin was in a terrible state, and recently repurchasing it has been tremendously helpful. For those with disrupted skin balance and extremely sensitive, irritated skin, this might be an essential item. Price: It's a steal at around 19,800 won. Where else can you find such effectiveness at this price point? Sidmool generally offers affordable products, and if you find the ones that work for you, you'll likely feel genuinely grateful to the company for many of their products. It's odd to try and find faults with this product. At less than 20,000 won, it's just too good.
