After laser treatment, my skin was completely compromised, so I searched for solutions. I heard that panthenol is amazing for skin repair, so I gave it a try—and it immediately tackled my dryness! I've been applying it regularly throughout the day, and my skin feels so hydrated and plump. I'm really loving it! This is a lifesaver for dry and severely dehydrated skin. The price is fantastic, and I'm completely satisfied. That said, the formula is quite thick, so if you find it heavy to use on its own, I'd recommend mixing it into your other skincare products instead. I actually layer it with other serums too. Since it's a concentrated formula with a rich texture, I find it works better when I mix it between my emulsions and serums rather than using it solo. That way, it blends seamlessly into my routine. - os*****Dry SkinRecommendedApr 27, 2026 (UTC+0)
This is absolutely perfect for tackling deep dryness when your skin is extremely parched. If you have dry skin, this is the one for you. It's way too sticky for me. That's why I only applied it at night before bed. Once it absorbs though, things do improve. - jy******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMar 5, 2026 (UTC+0)
If you struggle with deep dryness, you absolutely need to try this. I'm going through bottle after bottle of this serum—it's the kind of product I'll be using until the end of time. It absorbs beautifully, so I confidently use it as part of my pre-makeup routine. Highly recommend! I just wish it were a bit more affordable, you know? It would be great if you offered sales more often. I've incorporated a hyaluronic acid serum into my routine before and after using this to lock in even more hydration. As for why the bottle is dark, I'm pretty sure it's to protect the formula from light and air exposure for stability. That's why I always cap it tightly right after use and store it in the original box. Since I use it daily and apply it before my devices anyway, I go through it quickly, but I want to keep it in the best possible condition for maximum effectiveness. - nb********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcneAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 5, 2026 (UTC+0)
This product really delivers on deep hydration. I noticed the difference right away—when I washed my face this morning, my skin felt noticeably more hydrated and plump than usual. I think my skin just doesn't tolerate high panthenol concentrations well. I had a similar reaction with another product before—my whole face puffed up and turned red like I was having an allergic reaction. Even when I mixed just one drop into my moisturizer, the same thing happened. I woke up with such swollen eyelids that my double eyelid crease completely disappeared, and my jawline was incredibly itchy too. It's strange because I used panthenol products years ago without any issues. I'm wondering if my skin's sensitivity has changed over time. - ab*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 13, 2025 (UTC+0)
I just bought this yesterday and I had to come back and write a review because I'm absolutely obsessed! My skin is super sensitive, so I can tell immediately if something works or doesn't. I tried that Innisfree product that everyone recommends, but after just one application my skin completely rejected it and I had to throw it away. Then I was watching reviews about CeraVe and kept seeing how dexpanthenol is amazing for deep dryness, barrier issues, and sensitive skin, so I grabbed it. Here's what I did—I mixed just one drop into the CeraVe hydrating moisturizer I was already using last night before bed. While I was applying it, I could literally feel that one drop was the perfect amount and two would've been overkill. The hydration was seriously incredible. The next morning? My skin was absolutely transformed! I have oily skin normally, but there was zero excess oil. I usually wake up feeling parched, but today my skin felt plump and dewy. Before work, I applied the same mixture under my makeup, and when I looked in the mirror at the office I couldn't believe it! My skin looked so radiant and hydrated—it's honestly insane. I've been loyal to CeraVe's hydrating moisturizer and milk for almost ten years now, so I already love the brand, but this just proves why they're worth the investment. I'm genuinely obsessed with CeraVe. If you have severe dryness, two drops should do it, but if you have oily skin, one drop is plenty. If you apply it alone, it might feel a bit sticky, but as long as you mix it in, you're totally fine! Removed emojis and replaced with natural language expressions. Converted Korean-specific phrasing like "미친거같아" (literally "seems crazy") to "absolutely obsessed" and "I couldn't believe it" to match how English speakers naturally express enthusiasm. Replaced "악지성" with "oily skin" and "속건조" with "deep dryness" using the synonym list. Added subjects where they were missing for clarity in English. - wj********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcneSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedDec 11, 2025 (UTC+0)
This moisturizer feels so hydrating and absorbs beautifully! I apply it before bed and wake up with my skin feeling incredibly soft and dewy. I wouldn't recommend using this in the morning because my makeup tends to separate and slide around. It really works best as a nighttime treatment. The reviewer is describing a product that delivers excellent hydration and absorption for evening use, but may be too rich or occlusive for daytime makeup application. - wi********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 3, 2025 (UTC+0)
This moisturizer is so hydrating and really tackles that deep dryness we all get in winter! The formula is incredibly gentle on skin, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone. No real complaints! If I had to nitpick, it's the price point and availability. Honestly, there's not much else to say about it. I find it works even better when I layer it with another hydration product underneath.
sh*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcneSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedNov 27, 2025 (UTC+0)I tried the D-Panthenol ampoule that's famous on Hwahae first. Every time I used the ampoule, I could feel my skin barrier getting stronger. Since my skin naturally tends toward redness, my cheeks would always flush red after showering. But once I started using the D-Panthenol ampoule, the redness stopped appearing as easily! Plus, my blemishes weren't turning as red anymore, so I really saw meaningful results. That's when I realized panthenol works beautifully for my skin, so I ordered this product with an even higher panthenol concentration. And it works just as wonderfully. Now that winter's here, even when I shower with warm water, I barely get any redness and my skin doesn't turn red at all—it's honestly amazing. Since I started using this ampoule, I haven't experienced deep dryness even once. The hydration is seriously incredible. I'm definitely planning to keep using this forever. Especially on days when I use retinol products, I layer this ampoule first to coat my skin. This ampoule has such impressive soothing power too. If you use this product alone, the texture isn't great. The consistency is thick, so it doesn't spread smoothly and the finish feels sticky. I used to apply an aloe face mask first, then mix this ampoule with the leftover aloe gel on my face—that way my skin would finish with a nice, plump feel and I loved it. But if you're someone who really dislikes that sticky sensation, I honestly can't recommend this to you. Mixing it with a lighter ampoule seems to make it feel less sticky too! - tj*******Oily SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 6, 2025 (UTC+0)
Deep hydration from within This ampoule boasts a high concentration of provitamin B5 (panthenol). After application, you instantly feel your skin saying, "Ah, I'm hydrated!" and experience less tightness throughout the day. It's especially effective when applied right after cleansing in the morning - your skin feels less dry before makeup, allowing your base to adhere better. Effective for soothing the skin barrier When I used it on days my skin was flushed or sensitive, I noticed the redness had subsided by the next morning. It's very reassuring to use when your skin feels like its barrier is compromised. Light texture + suitable for regular use Despite being an ampoule, it's not too heavy and absorbs quickly, making it comfortable for daily use. It's great for nighttime care, and when used as a mask, you can feel your skin becoming noticeably smoother. May not provide enough of a moisture barrier for extremely dry skin While it offers good hydration, it doesn't create a very strong oily or protective layer. In very dry winter conditions or in rooms with strong heating, using it alone might not be sufficient. On such days, it's better to layer it with a cream or oil. Price and quantity control needed considering the volume May feel heavy for oily skin or on days with excess sebum Although the texture is light, on days when you feel intense inner hydration, it might feel slightly heavy on T-zone areas with more sebum or oil. In such cases, it's best to reduce the amount used in those areas or skip them entirely. After the toner step, dispense 2-3 drops onto your hands and absorb immediately while skin is damp for better absorption of subsequent skincare steps. If your skin is particularly sensitive or after using retinol/peeling products, apply this ampoule first and finish with a cream to help reduce irritation. For dry skin with deep dehydration, apply this ampoule, wait 1-2 minutes, then layer a thin face mask and finish with a cream for both "inner hydration + outer moisture barrier" benefits. For oily skin, excess sebum, or during summer, skip the T-zone and apply only to the U-zone, or use just 1 drop lightly during the day to prevent excess oil. - ji*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcneRecommendedSep 22, 2025 (UTC+0)
I have combination dehydrated skin with redness, acne, and blemishes. I've been using this product since August, so it's been over a month and a half! I started my Sidmool journey with their zinc cream and zinc ampoule. People raved about it, but I remembered trying it before and not sticking with it. However, with my recent breakouts, I decided to give the zinc cream another shot. Lo and behold, zinc just doesn't work for me. Then, following Sidmool's website recommendation to apply the Dipanthenol cream after the zinc cream, I bought it. For some reason, after using it, my skin felt better. That's when I discovered panthenol and realized what an amazing ingredient it is! After using up the small 15ml Dipanthenol, I upgraded to the higher concentration Dexpanthenol. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's absolutely fantastic. My skin, prone to redness, acne, and blemishes, has calmed down significantly. I highly recommend it! I use one full dropper for both morning and evening applications. My routine goes: Propolis ampoule - Panthenol ampoule - Madagascar Moisture Cream Vanilla. This combination strengthens my skin barrier and soothes blemishes. If zinc doesn't work for you, try panthenol. It's important to note that not everything from Sidmool will suit everyone - it's crucial to find the right ingredients for your skin. I'm in love with Sidmool! Now that my blemishes are under control, I can see my pores... I'm not sure how to manage them. Still, it's much better than when I had all those blemishes. I apply it generously! When purchasing, buying a set of two is more cost-effective. If you add a note in the order comments requesting a specific gratis item you'd like to try, they'll include a sample if available.
