The small container and compact formula offer both hydration and mineral UV protection - a perfect combo! As someone who applies sunscreen daily and has been a loyal Sidmool fan for 10 years, I was thrilled to see their 1+1 promotion and had to grab it. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't leave a white cast or dry out my skin. I love that I can apply it directly to my face without getting my hands messy. Unlike regular sunscreens that can feel sticky and require constant hand-washing, this one is super convenient! And with the promotion, the price is incredibly affordable too! The expiration date on the packaging smudges easily... I understand they're focusing on product quality over packaging, but even writing with a regular marker smears. Since it's only available on the official Sidmool website, new customers looking for a mineral sunscreen stick might overlook this product. I have very dry skin, so I apply a moisturizing balm before this sunscreen. However, because it doesn't leave a white cast, I'm unsure if I'm applying it correctly. It feels slippery, making me question its effectiveness as a sunscreen stick. I think I'll go back to my regular sunscreen once this is finished. Rather than applying it over a slippery moisturizer, I recommend using a light hydrating cream underneath for better results. - na******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 25, 2024
After watching sunscreen comparison videos, I bought this sun stick thinking it would provide ironclad protection. Plus, it's from Sidmool, so it's gentle on the skin! If you don't use the sun stick for a while, it seems to dry out a bit. It gives me the impression that it might have a shorter shelf life. I personally feel that touching my skin with my hands isn't good, so I love that I can apply this without using my hands. - ka*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 10, 2023
Easy to apply and doesn't leave a heavy white cast. It provides a slight brightening effect, perfect for a quick application before stepping out bare-faced. It's quite hydrating, and being a mineral sunscreen, it has gentle ingredients and doesn't sting the eyes. It can clump a bit when applying, so you need to spread it out with your hands. Personally, I don't find any major drawbacks... I'm considering repurchasing. - bl******Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 6, 2023
This sunstick is gentle on the eyes and provides a moisturizing feel. It's conveniently portable, and during promotional events, you can often snag a buy-one-get-one-free deal. There's a bit of a white cast, so if you apply it without a mirror, your face might look slightly pale. It's best to use a mirror when applying, or follow up with an emulsion to blend it in better. - ey*******Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2023
1. Fragrance-free 2. Lightweight 3. Minimal eye irritation 4. Fewer blemishes It's a bit oily, and since it has a matte finish, those with dry skin might want to moisturize before applying this sunstick. - ry********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 19, 2023
Easy to use, affordable, and has a sleek design It's slightly oily and leaves a bit of a white cast, but it doesn't interfere with application - dn********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 16, 2022
This sunscreen stick is a real hidden gem, and it's a shame more people don't know about it. Maybe because it's in stick form? There's practically no white cast, it applies smoothly, and it's easy to wash off. Guys, if you're looking for a fuss-free option, this is the one for you! The quantity is on the smaller side. If you're using it daily as part of your sun protection routine, it might not last as long as you'd hope. - bi******Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedAug 14, 2022
Gentle ingredients with mineral sunscreen. Fragrance-free and doesn't get too greasy even when used in summer. There's some white cast, but it's not severe, so it's still comfortable to use. The price is also reasonable, especially with buy-one-get-one-free deals. It can clump slightly in some areas, so you need to spread it out with your hands after application. For cleansing, it's best to use a double cleansing method with cleansing oil followed by a foam cleanser. - a8*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2022
A family-friendly sunscreen that doesn't sting the eyes, has minimal white cast despite being a mineral sunscreen, applies smoothly, and keeps skin moisturized. Its compact size makes it perfect for on-the-go use. If you have oily skin, be sure to control excess oil every 5 hours with blotting papers after application. Carry blotting papers with you to manage oil throughout the day, and make sure to double cleanse to remove the sunscreen thoroughly. - ah******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2022
Absolutely love it! Being a stick format, you just glide it on and you're done. It's perfect for touch-ups on the go. I bought it a month ago and it's been a lifesaver during this season - I'm using it constantly! Be careful not to apply too much or it can leave a white cast. The key is to apply a thin, even layer for the best results.
