If you're prone to blemishes or have even slightly oily skin, this might not be the best fit. It can cause a tingling sensation and feels like something is forming on your skin. While it spreads easily and absorbs well even in small amounts, it just doesn't work for me. Since it wasn't suitable for me, I gave it to my mom who has extremely dry skin, and she's using it happily. It's disappointing that it's expensive and doesn't suit me... It seems like it would be great for those with very dry skin though! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 18, 2020
When my combination dehydrated skin is severely dry, applying two layers eliminates deep dryness. It doesn't absorb quickly as it needs to melt with body heat. I use a heated massage tool like Merbe to thoroughly melt and help the product absorb well. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 27, 2020
The packaging feels luxurious and the fragrance is quite pleasant. The texture is smooth, giving the impression that it absorbs well into the skin. I have normal skin that rarely experiences blemishes, but this product completely upset my skin's balance. Despite its hefty price tag, it only left me with skin troubles, so I haven't touched it since. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 11, 2019
When applied before bed, you wake up to beautifully hydrated skin in the morning I can't think of anything disappointing about it, so I'd definitely recommend it - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2018
When applied properly, it forms a protective barrier that lasts for a long time, like a coating on your skin. The rich texture can feel a bit heavy. Of course, that's the role of a nourishing cream, but when the product's ingredients mix with your skin's natural oils, it can become excessively shiny and hard to control. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 5, 2017
I've been using this for about a month now. I can't say it's particularly great, but then again, I can't say it's bad either... I have very dry skin, and I'm not sure if the hydration is particularly good. As for its effectiveness... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 12, 2016
I bought this looking for something rich to use at night, but now I'm using it morning and evening. It's fascinating how it starts as a solid and then melts into the skin. After using it for a while, I noticed my smile lines have softened a bit! I have super sensitive skin, but this works well for me. The price is a bit steep... and it seems to run out quickly. - fo*****Combination SkinAug 9, 2016
This cream has the best feel of any I've tried so far. The oil and moisture balance is just right. But I had no idea the ingredients would be such a letdown. I'm really disappointed. - so*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 9, 2016
This cream was my 'holy grail' product. Thanks to it, my acne-prone skin became nearly flawless (except for pores) according to my dermatologist... It truly illuminated my early twenties. The original formula was so concentrated that a pearl-sized amount was enough to cover my entire face. Although expensive, one jar lasted incredibly long... They reformulate too frequently... And with each reformulation, the performance has declined. At department stores, they claim it's the same product with just packaging or name changes, but when you try it, everything from texture to feel is completely different. I've used this cream for 8 years, not continuously, but for about 4 years total during that period. Due to frequent reformulations, I believed that any product with 'Signs' or 'Signature' in the name was the same cream, but each purchase felt different. It's not just a case of my skin becoming accustomed to it and losing effectiveness. When I'd buy a new jar as I was finishing the old one, yesterday's cream and today's new purchase felt entirely different. Suspecting something was off, I'd compare with old samples, confirming they were indeed different creams. This seemed to happen almost every time I bought it. Now it's just an overpriced cream with questionable benefits... I wish I could get the original version back. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 14, 2016
For those with extremely dry skin, there's nothing better than this in winter. It's incredibly rich and nourishing. If you're prone to blemishes, please avoid this. It's too thick and rich, which can cause breakouts. I personally avoided using it during and before my menstrual cycle. I think the rich cream that came out before this one is better. This one is far too thick and rich, causing blemishes. For dry skin types, the previous rich cream is easier to apply than this one.
