Affordable yet effective, this argan essence applies smoothly and keeps skin hydrated. The generous amount allows you to use as much as you need, which is convenient. For hair essences, I think it's best to apply frequently and liberally, even if they're inexpensive. The scent is a bit too sweet for my liking. Compared to other products, I like that this one isn't sticky and applies smoothly. The scent is subtle and not overpowering. I use it daily after washing my hair to maintain my curls. The affordable price makes it easy to use, and while it may vary for everyone, I personally loved the scent! It's also great for taming frizzy hair, so it's really convenient to use! It's not exactly a 'wow' product. As a student on a budget, it's more like one of the better options among cheaper products. It's not quite a holy grail for me. After applying, it feels a bit sticky, but that goes away after a while, so it's not bad! Just be careful right after application, as your hair might stick to your face if it touches. Also, when I ran out of hair oil and used this on wet hair instead, I was surprised to find my hair hardened as if I'd used hair gel, probably because it's a curling essence. This hair essence is often on sale for 30-50% off, so try to buy it at a discount. And please don't use it on wet hair! Your hair will harden completely. It's on the affordable side, and the quantity seems generous for the price. A plus point is that it contains argan oil, which is known to be beneficial for hair. Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely flabbergasted by this product! The description claims it's a silk line that provides moisture and nourishment, making your hair silky smooth and touchable. But I'd like to rewrite that description to say it's a 'stiff-as-a-broom' line that leaves your hands sticky and your hair feeling like straw. Seriously! I've never used anything that made my hair this stiff. I thought it might improve over time, but as someone who washes their hair in the evening, my hair remained stubbornly stiff all day, getting terribly tangled. I can't tell if it's doing anything good for my hair at all. I used to feel great using conditioners, shampoos, and treatments that left my hair soft and smooth, but this product has completely ruined that experience. This was my first time using an essence, and I found it quite nice! The bottle doesn't have a pump, which actually made it easier to control the amount I used. It's way too sticky... I know it's not an oil, but still! Even after applying it to my hair and waiting for a while, it remains tacky.

Recommended for those with oily scalp or hair texture. Despite being an essence, it's not runny like water but has a hair gel-like consistency that can be applied lightly without weighing hair down. Like a hair gel, it gives strength to your hair, so if you style it well while drying, it creates natural-looking curls. Not recommended for damaged hair. My hair is already damaged and tangles easily, but after applying this, it feels even more tangled and clumpy. Although it contains argan oil, I couldn't feel any oil-like properties at all. It says to apply to damp hair before drying, but when I do that and dry my hair, it all clumps together and tangles, making it look even more frizzy. - qk**********Combination SkinFeb 24, 2016
It's great for summer use - so lightweight! I apply oil to the ends of my hair, and just a bit of this on the crown to prevent flatness. It's perfect for taming frizz, light and non-greasy while keeping flyaways under control for quite a while. As just an essence (not for curl-up), it's fantastic - not oily, lightweight, and effective. It claims to be for curl-up, but... curl-up? I originally bought it for that purpose, but when I actually used it, the curl-up effect was nonexistent. It's just like any other essence - no difference between using it and not using it. I was fooled by sponsored blog posts... If you're buying this for the curl-up function, look for something else. It's not that it has absolutely no curl effect, but the curls don't even last an hour. Even after applying this, tightly rolling my hair for over 20 minutes, and blow-drying with hot air... Use it for managing frizzy hair and taming the crown area that's prone to flatness.
