The foam is creamy and pleasant to use. It has good cleansing effectiveness, making face washing quite efficient. The virtue of a cleansing foam lies in how well it cleanses, and this one does a great job. The ingredients are good, and it's reasonably priced for the amount you get. It seems like this is an upgraded version of the discontinued White Egg White Pore Foam. However, the previous version had much better cleansing power, which I found more satisfying. That being said, the current product still has good cleansing effectiveness, so I'm not too disappointed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2018
It's so affordable, Skinfood can't compete at this price point! Removes makeup well and the scent is quite pleasant. When I ran out of cleanser and was wondering what to buy next, this product immediately came to mind. It really works hard for your skin! Apart from a slight tightening sensation, there's nothing particularly bad about it. Maybe a tiny bit of residue on the face, but that's about it. Make sure to work up a rich lather for best results. - cc*******Dry SkinDec 28, 2017
The ingredients are decent. It rinses off well and isn't too harsh on the skin. The price is affordable. It provides a gentle cleansing experience, and when rinsed with water, it feels like it's thoroughly removed. Overall, it seems pretty good. It's just too ordinary and unremarkable. I didn't notice any particular improvements in my skin from using this. There are no major drawbacks, but no standout benefits either - just average. I probably wouldn't buy it unless it was on sale. Despite being an egg foam, it doesn't seem to contain any egg ingredients. It's much more affordable when purchased during Skinfood sales. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 15, 2017
I received this as part of a gratis set from Skinfood a while back, with basic skincare products in a pouch. About 3 weeks ago, I ran out of my cleansing foam and was too lazy to buy a new one, so I started using this. 1. Lather It produces an incredibly rich foam. Even if it's partly due to my large foam net, the lather is still impressively voluminous. However, it's not particularly dense or creamy. 2. Sebum Before washing, I always notice white sebum on my skin, but after cleansing, it's completely gone. 3. Scent Fragrance is always subjective, but personally, I find it quite pleasant! It reminds me of the smell when you're making meringue cookies - that moment when you add sugar to the whipped egg whites. 1. Skin feel After use, my skin feels different each time, but it's always a bit tight. Applying toner helps alleviate this. Also, after washing, I feel like there's an oily film on my face - when I look in the mirror, my skin appears quite shiny (it's the oil making it gleam). This also goes away after applying toner. 2. Deep-seated sebum While I mentioned earlier that visible sebum disappears after washing, this doesn't help with sebum that hasn't surfaced yet. The cleanser doesn't seem to affect the sebum deep in my pores, and sometimes I even notice more sebum coming to the surface after washing. It's great to use this with a Whip Maker or a large foam net! I use a colored sponge foam net from Olive Young, which is quite large and produces a lot of foam - almost enough to fill a small paper cup! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 5, 2017
Affordable price (got it super cheap from duty-free online) and it seems to make blackheads less noticeable. It cleanses so thoroughly that I wonder if it's highly alkaline. I'm concerned it might strip away the skin's natural protective barrier. If it's slightly acidic, I'd consider repurchasing. It doesn't seem to remove makeup like mascara very well. It's a bit unclear whether it's just for face washing or also for makeup removal. (A note to the brand's product developers) I'll only use it around my oily T-zone (since the rest of my face is combination dehydrated skin)
