여드름이 터지고 빨간 자극 진정에 도움이 많이 되는것 같아요 돌기가 있는데 그 돌기가 여드름 난 곳에 딱 파고들지 않으면 고름(?)진정에는 그닥 효과가 없어요 그래도 여드름 짜고 난 후 진정에는 효과가 좋아요 - 공홈에서 주문 했는데 사은품으로 유통기한 임박 패치를 주는데 좋아요! (사용하는데 문제 없음) 귀여운 모양 패치도 주는데 나름 만족 합니다 여드름 후 진정은 추천하지만 전과 고름이 있을때는 비추합니당

While it doesn't completely clear up overnight, it does reduce inflammation faster than if I hadn't used it. The patch has very sharp, metal-like needles, so it can be a bit painful when pressing it on. Be careful not to press too hard, or you might irritate your skin and cause redness - apply with moderate pressure. Since it's not a transparent patch, it's best used before bed. Unlike some needle patches that lack flexibility due to the needles, making them less adhesive, this one has excellent adhesion around the edges despite having rigid needles. It sticks really well! Generally more soothing than typical patches. Adheres well with excellent stickiness. Comes in a large quantity, which is great value. No significant drawbacks. Seems to offer good value for money. If I had to mention one minor point, it would be nice to have larger sizes available for bigger blemishes. For best results, apply your emulsion before bed, stick on the patch, and sleep. It's great how these patches calm down all but the most severe blemishes in just one application! Even for my more serious breakouts, applying a patch the night before an important day really helps reduce them significantly. While the price point is a bit steep, I truly believe they're worth every penny. I stock up during sales, but I've also bought them at full price many times because they work so well!

I used the mini version and loved that it came with a plastic case to protect the needles. When I felt a blemish coming on, I applied it and it calmed down quickly. Usually, these spots would become painful and inflamed, but this easily soothed them. It even stayed put for a whole day around my mouth area. It works wonders on blemishes that aren't ready to be popped or are painful! The first photo shows results after using it for two consecutive days. After two days, the blemish felt much less inflamed and wasn't painful anymore, so I left it alone. As you can see in the second photo, it healed nicely! I usually apply it before bed and remove it the next morning. When I need to wear makeup, I use a regular acne patch to prevent makeup from getting into the blemish. It's hard to see results after just one use. You need to use it 2-3 times for the inflammation to go down, but these patches are quite pricey, which can be a burden. Also, it doesn't work on all types of blemishes. I saw no effect when I used it on deep, cystic acne. Even after using it multiple times on large, painful blemishes, there was no improvement. It seems to work best on moderately sized, painful spots. The shape and pattern make it difficult to wear out in public. 
ci******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 20, 2023The magnesium needles feel like they could sterilize your skin. I'm still not sure... I'm going crazy because there's just nothing to say. They simply don't stick. The adhesive is so weak it can't even withstand everyday muscle movements. If you put it under your chin, you can't even eat. It falls off with the slightest movement... Ironically, I keep touching it to keep it in place, which might cause more blemishes. The price isn't even cheap... I have no intention of repurchasing. You should probably apply it before bed and sleep very still. Tossing and turning is not allowed.

I applied them on my inflamed blemishes, pressing them down firmly before bed. The next morning, the patches turned dark with absorbed pus. They definitely have a soothing effect. Following up with a cheap $2 acne patch the next day removes any remaining sebum. I'm very satisfied with this product. It doesn't prevent red marks or scarring. I'm not entirely sure about this product. However, I do appreciate the clean and simple packaging design. Has anyone else experienced bruising like I did? I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction or if it's due to the microneedle stimulation, but my skin turned dark reddish-purple.
