I had a sensitive skin type and suddenly started having a lot of skin troubles. I tried various products for 1-2 years, but finally settled on this one starting in 2019. It's a water-based product, so I put it in a spray bottle and spray it on after cleansing, morning and night. It's clean, doesn't feel greasy, and absorbs naturally, which I like. It can be used as a mist, but it's not that drying, so I just use it morning and night. If you don't like stickiness or greasiness and want a natural feel, I recommend this. The biggest downside is that only direct purchases are available. Other than that, I'm not sure. - hi**********Dry SkinRecommendedApr 16, 2022
I rediscovered this toner after ages. It's a gem - alcohol-free and cruelty-free, ticking all the right boxes. You can snag it at nearly any grocery store or pharmacy without breaking the bank. This little wonder worked wonders for my skin's hydration, and I swear my complexion looked smoother and more refined while I was using it. I'm usually not a fan of toners - the daily application feels like a chore. But this one's a game-changer. It's budget-friendly and gentle on the skin, making it perfect for those wanting to dip their toes into the toner world. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedJan 6, 2020
When you sweat in summer, this toner feels different. It's hydrating but not overly so. After cleansing, wiping with this can remove any remaining impurities. There's not much to dislike. It's comfortable to use and I didn't experience any allergic reactions or other issues. Repurposing the empty bottle as a mist container and spraying this toner also helps with hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 17, 2019
I used this back when it came in the old-school green bottle, which is now discontinued. As someone with combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin, I used it for hydration before applying emulsion. In summer, when I sweat a lot, this was perfect for my skin - I could even go out wearing just this. Being alcohol-free, it didn't cause any irritation, and I loved its unique, subtle fragrance. Plus, it absorbed well without any stickiness or pilling, leaving my skin feeling fresh - it was truly my holy grail. It's just a shame that it's been reformulated, making it hard to find the original product now. In winter, the moisture evaporated quickly, so I could only use it for basic skin prep. If your main goal is hydration, this might not be the best fit for those with dry skin types. Folks, nothing beats this for convenience... If you have oily skin or tend to sweat a lot, applying this generously in summer will keep your skin balanced for hours. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2019
As someone with combination skin, I mainly use toners to remove any residue after cleansing, and I think this product is perfectly optimized for that purpose The scent isn't particularly amazing. It has a slight alcohol-like smell... While this means it doesn't feel artificial, some people might not appreciate it - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2019
I like it. I have dry skin and use this for cleansing. While I haven't seen dramatic results, it's definitely better than the previous product I used (Nature Republic toner). Personally, I don't have any complaints. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, so it works well for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 10, 2019
It's gentle on my atopic skin and I'm extremely satisfied using it together with jojoba oil I'm using it without any blemishes and I'm so satisfied that there's nothing to complain about It's really great as a mist when I add jojoba oil and tea tree oil to use together - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 6, 2019
The scent isn't bad at all, and from my experience, it doesn't seem to lack hydration too much. After all, toner isn't the only step in a skincare routine. I use it by first soaking a cotton pad and wiping my face, then patting it in with my hands. I repeat this process two or three times, followed by aloe gel, a hydrating moisturizer, and a cream. If you only use it once by wiping with a cotton pad, you might find it a bit drying. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2019
It's perfect as an exfoliating toner! I used this for my 7-skin method every day~ Hmm, the only downside was the scent? It's a bit off, but you could try the same product with a different fragrance if that bothers you! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 16, 2019
Using the 7-skin method, it feels light and refreshing even with multiple layers...!! No blemishes appear. With the 7-skin method plus Cica toner, it's like my skin type has changed...? Before, I used to get a lot of pustular acne, but now it only appears before my period. The price is a bit disappointing... and the scent isn't great. The Rose Petal has an artificial fragrance.. The Original is the most versatile option.
