I love that it blocks UV rays too. At first, it seemed a bit thick, but it absorbs surprisingly well. Since it's organic, I use it with my baby too! It leaves a slightly white cast. My complexion is already quite fair, so when I apply this, it makes me look too pale. It's too bright to use under makeup. - on******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2023
I chose this product because I wanted to embrace a zero-waste lifestyle. I loved that it had almost no plastic packaging. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was pleased that it didn't cause any irritation or adverse reactions when applied. It was disappointing that separating the packaging for recycling wasn't easy, and using up the product completely was a bit challenging. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 22, 2023
As someone who's tried almost all of Tone 28's products and even subscribes to them, I can say their ingredients are gentle, which is great for not stressing out your skin! However, the way it applies is really disappointing. It's like I've never used a sunscreen this difficult to spread before. You have to be extremely careful when applying it. - ji****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 16, 2023
I chose this product because there aren't many sunscreens that block blue light. The brand feels trustworthy with its eco-friendly packaging instead of plastic containers. When applied, it feels quite heavy on the face and causes a bit of itching, so I'm not inclined to use it often. When you feel dryness, mix it with a hydrating gel or moisturizer for a more hydrating application. - lu******Combination SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessJan 27, 2023
- Gentle ingredients - Surprisingly sturdy packaging - Bought it for the packaging and ingredients. They seem to design the packaging with a nice aesthetic touch - If applied well, it brightens the complexion, so I usually just apply this one product before going out - Sometimes the formula and liquid separate when dispensed, which can be surprising - The texture is quite thick and can leave a white cast, so it needs to be carefully and evenly applied - The price is a bit wicked While this product has its pros and cons, it's still quite charming - ko********Combination SkinRecommendedNov 15, 2022
The ingredients are great. It doesn't cause any eye irritation, and I love the firm, bouncy texture. Despite being for dry skin, it feels a bit tight if you don't moisturize well before applying. You need to double cleanse to remove it completely, otherwise it doesn't come off easily. I recommend applying a moderate amount after thoroughly moisturizing your skin. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAug 6, 2022
It washes off easily. The scent is pleasant and the ingredients are good quality. The white cast can actually be seen as a benefit, as it makes your skin look better. The white cast is quite noticeable. It's difficult to apply a lot, and if you put it on when you're sweaty in summer, it really doesn't spread well at all. - yl****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 2, 2022
Excellent for sun protection. I didn't experience any blemishes from irritation. I also appreciate that it's nearly fragrance-free (which is great when wearing a mask, as strong scents can be overwhelming). I'm on my third bottle! The price is a bit high for the small amount you get. As for how it absorbs... well, there's no easy application here. It's more like a 'perseverance test' where you have to slowly and meticulously apply it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 24, 2022
I repurchased this product because of its eco-friendly packaging and contents. Being a physical sunscreen, it definitely makes your face appear whiter when applied. So it's great for those looking for a brightening moisturizer that evens skin tone! I bought the dry skin version because I have dry skin, but as expected with physical sunscreens, it feels heavy on application and leaves an unwanted white cast. I find it a bit thick when applying, so I always mix in a drop or two of jojoba oil to help it absorb better. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 4, 2022
1. Packaging Uses eco-friendly packaging, and the design is much prettier compared to other sunscreens. 2. Ingredients Organic and trustworthy, without any harmful(?) ingredients! 1. Application It doesn't feel smooth when applying. It's a bit stiff and tends to clump together. 2. White cast The white cast is quite noticeable. There's a clear difference between areas where it's applied and where it's not, so you need to pat it in well with a sponge.
