I've gone through two bottles of Moroccan Rose already. I've tried Flu and Illiyoon scrubs too, but honestly, nothing compares to Trihet when it comes to being gentle while still removing dead skin cells effectively! Since my whole body tends to be dehydrated, I really focus on exfoliation and hydration. I use this on my elbows, legs, arms, and back, then layer the Illiyoon emulsion on top—and my skin becomes incredibly soft and smooth! I wish this came in a pump bottle instead. Wow, I haven't been using scrubs much lately, so the ones I have just sit there collecting dust. But I have such fond memories of this brand's scrub products—they were absolutely amazing! Back in my twenties, showering felt like pure self-care, and I used so many of their fragrant body products with great results. These days though, I'm not sure where my sense of relaxation went. With my showers down to a quick five minutes, I'm more focused on getting clean fast than enjoying the experience. So these products have become more of a nostalgic memory than part of my routine now. Some people might find the jar packaging inconvenient, but honestly, I found that charming about it. It added to the whole experience, you know? I made sure to use dry hands instead of wet ones—hygiene matters, after all. I'd wash my hands first, dry them completely with a towel, then scoop out what I needed with my fingers. Using a tool felt like extra work since I'd have to let it dry or find somewhere to store it. So I'd just take what I needed with my clean hands, apply it to my body, and close the lid. I bought the Morgan Rose scent, and it has this exotic rose fragrance that makes every shower a delightful experience. What's more, I noticed it helped soothe my enlarged pores, which was a great bonus! There wasn't really anything I disliked about it. Skin type: dry, sensitive 🩷 Scrub effect After use, the skin definitely feels soft and smooth! The large particles make the scrubbing effect quite effective, so it's especially good for using on the feet or elbows. 🩷 Volume The volume is quite full, so it lasts for quite a while. Scrubs don't need to be used daily, so once you open it, it seems to last a good amount of time. 🩷 Fragrance The fragrance may be divisive. It's on the stronger side, and since I don't usually prefer rose scents, I found it a bit overpowering. I personally preferred the Desert Haze scent more. But since there are various fragrances available, you can choose one that suits your preference. ✔️ Particle Size & Skin Irritation Compared to regular scrubs, this one has quite large and coarse particles, so it may be irritating for those with sensitive skin! I also have sensitive skin, and if I don't add enough water and gently roll it, it makes my skin turn red and feel irritated. Folks with sensitive skin will likely need a more delicate touch. ✔️ Hygiene Issues with the Jar Packaging The twist-open jar format to scoop out the product raises some hygiene concerns. I usually use it in the shower, but can't apply it with wet hands, so having to wipe my hands and then scoop it out is a bit of a hassle. It has been a product that I have been purchasing and using frequently for quite a long time. The scent is too good, and when I massage my skin with this, it becomes really soft. We do not recommend using this product on sensitive or atopic skin. I really like this product! It comes in a generous amount and has a lovely scent. Highly recommended! I can't think of any downsides. First of all, the fragrance is absolutely divine! If you're someone who prioritizes scent in products like this, I highly recommend it. The lasting power of the fragrance is truly impressive! This scrub leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. The sweet fragrance is quite pleasant too. It feels a bit pricey for the amount you get. I also noticed the discount rates aren't very high.
