I didn't expect dramatic skin improvements from cosmetics, so I didn't feel the need to apply it only in the morning. It was perfectly fine to use at night too. What I really loved was how soft and smooth my skin felt the next morning. Strangely, for me, it felt quite sticky. After some time, the parts that weren't absorbed by the skin (?) seemed to linger, which I suspect might be the cause of makeup pilling. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMay 3, 2019
This is a product I've been using consistently for a long time. I think it's quite effective for those struggling with super sensitive skin like me. It's great for seeing short-term results. What I've noticed after using it for a while is that while it gives noticeable effects initially, you develop a tolerance over time and need to switch to something else after a certain period. Setting that aside, the biggest drawback of this product is undoubtedly the dryness. If you don't use it alongside a product that helps with hydration, you'll really feel the dryness. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 18, 2018
Absorbs well and sinks in nicely. As someone with naturally oily skin, this cream was perfect for me. If you have dry skin, this might not be hydrating enough for you! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2018
This seems great for those dealing with blemishes. The soothing effect is really impressive. If you have dry skin, you might need to give extra care to those dry areas separately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2018
It worked well for my oily skin. It doesn't make my face greasy and the texture feels nice. The fragrance is too strong... If you apply too much, it pills around the edges of your face. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2018
I've been using this since high school, for almost 8 years now. Why did they discontinue it? It's the best for managing oily skin. Some people say it causes pilling, but for me, it actually helps my makeup adhere better. If you apply makeup immediately after using it, of course it won't work well. But if you let it absorb a bit, your makeup goes on perfectly smooth and velvety! The amount you get is too small for the price... It's just too expensive! Plus, Vichy never seems to have sales. Discontinued, unfortunately! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2018
It seems to be great for sensitive skin. The way it applies feels nice too. Sometimes it can leave a white cast after application. It might be a bit drying for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 16, 2018
It has a lovely scent and is a bestseller for good reason. You can definitely see visible improvements in your skin. It tends to pill like dead skin cells, which is a bit disappointing. It can make your skin look flaky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 5, 2018
I love how versatile and gentle this product is. You can use it as a spot treatment for blemishes or apply it all over like an emulsion. While the quantity is a bit small for the price, I still decided to repurchase it. It's even better to buy when it's occasionally offered as part of a package deal with other products during drugstore promotions. - nh*******Oily SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2018
The only positives are that it's gentle and has a nice scent. Maybe it helps control shine? There's way too much mattifying powder in this. When you apply it, it pills up like dead skin. Forget about putting makeup on top of this! If you accidentally scratch your face, you'll see flakes come off. Yet it doesn't even keep oil at bay for long. Trying to control shine with this is like clogging your pores as if you're using a no-sebum powder, making it feel like you're inviting blemishes. I tried to get my money's worth by using it as a primer on my nose and surrounding areas before makeup, but even that wasn't great. I doubt anyone would want to buy it secondhand, so it'll probably end up in the trash.
