The adhesion is genuinely impressive and so smooth, and the wear time lasts forever, which keeps your skin looking radiant and glowing. The longevity is truly fantastic! Plus, because both the adhesion and staying power are excellent, your complexion looks absolutely beautiful! While the adhesion and wear time are great, I was a bit disappointed with the coverage. Even layering it multiple times, some areas still didn't cover completely, and there were quite a few spots that showed through. I had to use concealer to hide the redness around my nose, but that area felt really burning and uncomfortable. The creasing around my smile lines and nose area was pretty severe too, and even when I applied powder, that nose area would still crease and disappear. That part was really frustrating, but the overall complexion it created was absolutely stunning! I make sure to do my skincare routine thoroughly—I apply my hydrating products, let them absorb well, then apply sunscreen and let that absorb for a couple of minutes too. I've been using this cushion for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with how well it adheres to the skin. What really stands out is that it actually survives on oily skin—even when other cushions completely melt away, this one holds its own. My chin tends to get dry, and while other cushions lift and separate in that area, this one stays put beautifully. When I sweat or my skin gets oily, other cushions start to shift and fade, but this cushion doesn't budge. I don't typically notice much darkening with cushions anyway, so that wasn't a concern for me at all. This product has great ingredients and everything going for it, but the shade runs quite dark. I've layered it over several other foundations—VDI, Espoir, Vanilla Co shade 19—and it definitely comes out darker than expected. Plus, I deal with pretty intense redness, and this cushion doesn't cover it as effectively as I'd hoped. I honestly need to apply three layers just to get my redness to look somewhat concealed. Since this cushion runs dark and doesn't provide the best coverage for redness, I've started using a green corrector underneath. I've been using this all winter and I absolutely love it! There's no darkening and it doesn't sit awkwardly on the sides of my nose, which is honestly amazing. I finished this and tried a different brand, but it looked so patchy around my nose that I couldn't get myself to use it. I went right back and bought this again. Seriously, everyone needs to try this! If you go one to two shades lighter than your natural complexion, you'll get that gorgeous, radiant glow and your skin will look absolutely flawless. If you don't exfoliate separately beforehand, the dead skin cells can show through a bit. But I think that's because I naturally have a lot of buildup. Once I apply my emulsion properly, the dead skin cells don't show at all and it looks amazing. Don't overdo your skincare routine! And if you want to avoid any texture showing through, gently exfoliate first and then apply this—you'll get genuinely perfect, flawless skin.

This formula applies incredibly sheer and seamless! If you love layering multiple thin coats for a refined finish, I highly recommend it. It has a semi-matte feel without looking stiff or heavy at the end. It's basically the perfect matte cushion. And here's the best part—the dead skin cells around my nose don't show through at all! Plus, even as time goes on, pilling is way less noticeable. Because it applies so thinly, you completely forget about that heavy, suffocating feeling you usually get with cushions. I knew the container would be firm, but it doesn't pick up much product when you tap it. This isn't ideal for a quick morning makeup routine. You have to tap and tap and tap to get enough product, which feels tedious. The coverage is disappointing too, and it takes forever to apply. And despite claims that it won't look shiny, mine definitely does. As someone with naturally oily skin in my T-zone, skipping powder makes no difference—it still looks the same. That said, I do appreciate that it has this bouncy, pillowy texture that doesn't break down throughout the day. This is the product that makes your complexion glow when you're doing a full face. If you have a warm, yellow undertone complexion in the 19-21 shade range with cool undertones typical of winter skin, this shade matched beautifully. The staying power is fantastic! Even after five hours, while some oil did come through on oily skin types, the product didn't fade or wear away. The skin finish wasn't as smooth compared to other cushion compacts. The formula seemed to have a slight pilling effect, possibly because they reduced the product amount to minimize excess buildup. You'll get the best results by applying this to areas that tend to shift easily, like your forehead and chin. If you have thicker or more resilient skin, this cushion compact will work wonderfully for you!
