It's so gentle, which is why I love it. I've been using this product exclusively for years now. I'm supposed to write more, but I've said all there is to say! Nothing negative to report. I've been going to a dermatologist, and they recommended this product. It's gentle on my skin and not irritating at all. The price is quite steep. I wish it went on sale more often at Olive Young.

The foam is pillowy soft and doesn't irritate the skin, so I can use it with confidence even on sensitive days. After cleansing, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized without any tightness, so the hydration is pretty good too. It's not a product with strong cleansing effectiveness, so on days when I wear makeup, I needed a separate makeup remover or cleansing oil. The product seems gentle, and I like that the foam is on the lighter side. Sometimes the pump feels stiff when locking it, and depending on how much you dispense, the foam might feel insufficient, leading to additional pumps. I love how gentle this cleanser is on my skin. When my skin was acting up, everything else stung and itched, but this caused the least irritation. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated even after washing. I'm using it regularly for my morning cleanse now. Since it's mildly acidic, it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling when removing makeup. This product is great for pregnant women too! The foam dispenser makes it super convenient for cleansing right away. I wish they could lower the price a bit. It's convenient to use since it comes out as foam right away. It seems like it would be great as a morning cleanser, and I get the feeling it might be good for sensitive skin. I read online that urea is good for fungal folliculitis, so I tried using it, but why does it make me itchy? My skin has been acting up recently, so I didn't think it was because of this product, but the itching got worse the more I used it, so I had to stop. Small bumps started to appear too, so I guess there must be an ingredient that just doesn't agree with my skin. For those with super sensitive skin, even products that others find gentle and effective might not work for you. As someone with sensitive skin, I love that this is mildly acidic and gentle! The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good too. It would be great if they came out with a smaller travel-sized version.
