I love that I can apply this gently to my 6 and 8-year-old kids without any irritation. However, there's a bit of inconvenience when the tube is almost empty. A lot of product sticks to the inside of the packaging, so I have to cut it open with scissors and scrape out the remaining product to use it all up. - 80******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 8, 2025
As someone who's struggled with severe atopic dermatitis since childhood, I've been prescribed Zeroid MD cream by my dermatologist. Recently, I had a bit of a disaster when I forgot to pack any of my skincare essentials for a trip. In a panic, I grabbed this product on sale at Olive Young. The feel is similar to the MD cream, but since I was using the rich version before, the prescription cream had a bit more richness and moisturizing power. This product seems to emphasize hydration more. Still, it's great for keeping skin hydrated. However, if you have oily skin, this might make you a bit shiny, so I'd recommend a soothing cream instead. For extremely oily skin types, you might want to look at other brands' hydrating creams. Sometimes, products with complex ingredient lists can overwhelm sensitive skin, causing irritation or even breakouts. That's why I stick to brands like Zeroid or Physiogel! While it doesn't have the same protective qualities for skin rashes or slight itch relief as the MD product, those with mild sensitivity or dry skin might try this and think, "Ah, now I see why it's famous for sensitive skin!" No real downsides to mention. It's always a challenge to find fault with this brand. I find the hydration slightly lacking, so I always finish with a drop of facial oil to seal in the moisture. - js****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2025
Perfect for hydrating and sealing in moisture after using toners and serums! In the height of summer, you might want to use just a small amount as it can feel a bit rich. This product seems ideal for creating a hydration barrier after applying your skincare routine. It's great for locking in moisture from your toner and serum steps. However, during hot summer months, you may want to use it sparingly due to its richer texture. Adjust the amount based on your skin's needs and the weather to avoid feeling too oily. - rw******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 8, 2025
This cream is absolutely my all-time favorite! My skin is incredibly sensitive, and using the wrong product turns me into a super sensitive skin boss. But this product is just amazing. It's fantastic for hydration too. It's a tad rich for summer, but still great! That's because it's so good at moisturizing. - ga***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 7, 2025
This cream is truly gentle enough to use year-round. It's not too heavy, yet not too light either - just the perfect texture I was looking for. I was really impressed with how it applies and its overall feel. Unlike other intensive creams that can be extremely thick and sticky, this one isn't like that at all. The finish is incredibly fresh, and I was so satisfied that even after just one use, it provided the long-lasting hydration I wanted. Honestly, as someone with extremely dry skin, I didn't find many drawbacks with this cream. If I had to nitpick, the only slight inconvenience is that it can be a bit stiff when squeezing it out of the tube. If you apply a generous amount of this before bed, you'll wake up with beautifully hydrated and soft skin the next morning. - dy********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 5, 2025
The next day, you can definitely feel an improvement in your skin. Use it before applying your regenerating cream. It noticeably revitalizes the skin texture and strengthens the skin barrier. I'm satisfied with everything except that the formula is a bit heavy, so it takes longer to absorb. I recommend using it together with a regenerating cream. Try applying it in thin layers for best results! - mi************Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2025
The barrier protection is absolutely fantastic. It's definitely not a thin or watery formula. Not recommended for those who dislike smooth or sticky textures. This product seems to offer excellent skin barrier protection with a thicker consistency. It's ideal for those who prefer richer formulas, but may not suit everyone's preferences. - ba*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 4, 2025
The simple ingredient list contains no harmful components, so I felt confident purchasing it. With its gentle formulation and excellent hydration, it seems suitable for all genders. The texture is more substantial than regular creams, allowing for smooth absorption. Being fragrance-free and unscented, it causes no irritation. It doesn't pill when reapplied, and the small container makes it convenient to carry. Apart from being somewhat pricey for its volume, I haven't found any drawbacks yet. - gy********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 3, 2025
It's definitely gentle enough for sensitive skin, fragrance-free, and pleasant to use. It might be a tad heavy for summer use! As someone with dry skin, I didn't find it problematic. For an extra boost of hydration, apply a second layer to particularly dry areas. - jb*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 2, 2025
It's so hydrating! My dehydrated skin has improved. Since it's a prescription, I was able to get insurance coverage. It's expensive. I heard that if you claim it on insurance, you might face surcharges later. This review highlights the product's effectiveness for dry skin and mentions insurance coverage, which may be specific to certain healthcare systems. The concern about potential surcharges for insurance claims is also noted.
