I received this as a gift and started using it. It's not a transparent lip balm, but one with color, which is great for applying when you have a bare face and your lips look too pale. The application is smooth and it's almost fragrance-free, which is nice! However, as someone with a deep undertone, the color doesn't quite suit me... So I end up only wearing it at home. It seems like it would be more suitable for those with a deeper undertone. The color doesn't work for deep undertones... I'd recommend choosing a different shade... - ae*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 16, 2025
Advantages: • Natural radiance: The pink-red color adds a healthy flush to your lips. • Lightweight texture: Non-sticky with a fresh feel. • Moisturizing effect: Keeps dry lips hydrated. • Luxurious design: Sophisticated packaging makes it a collectible item. • Vegan certified: An eco-friendly product not tested on animals. Disadvantages: • Disappointing color longevity: Doesn't last as long as a tint, requiring frequent reapplication. • Moisturizing power varies: May need additional hydration for extremely dry lips. • Higher price point: Somewhat expensive compared to regular lip balms. - so*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2023
The color is absolutely gorgeous. As a woman with a deep undertone to neutral (I assume) complexion, the warm shade works well year-round, but it's especially natural and radiant for spring and summer! The texture is quite unique too. It has a cloud-like, powdery, and blurry finish. It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin. It falls a bit short of the original purpose of a 'lip balm'. Due to its airy, powdery matte texture, it lacks any moisturizing effect and instead tends to cling to the lips. (It doesn't cause cracking though.) So while you might usually swipe on a tinted lip balm carelessly from your pocket, this one requires a bit more attention when applying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 12, 2023
I loved the gentle feel, hydration, subtle color, and natural look. I can't think of any downsides... How should I put it? I'm almost addicted to it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2022
The texture is as light as silk. It looks beautiful even on bare skin. If you have dead skin cells or cuts on your lips, it might accentuate them. - db******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 10, 2021
I received this as a gift and tried it out. Although it's called a lip balm, the color payoff was quite vibrant by my standards. It wasn't bad at all! It wasn't particularly hydrating. I'd say it was more like a lipstick? A matte balm, if you will. (Personally, I prefer this over super hydrating ones, so I'm not disappointed. But if I had to point out a drawback, those looking for a moisturizing balm might find it lacking.)
