It absorbs well and leaves the skin feeling hydrated. There's a citrus scent that might be hit or miss for some people. The fragrance wasn't to my liking. While I'd love to take it on trips or to hot springs, it's less convenient than tube or pump products because you have to squeeze it out and twist it back, then secure it. I bought this to use on my sun-scorched body after summer, and I've been using it for nearly 10 months now. It's hard to tell if my skin has brightened because of this product or if it's just returned to its natural tone over time. But the fact that I'm still using it suggests it must be working to even my skin tone. The scent is a delightful sweet and tangy lemon fragrance! The sticky texture and transfer to clothes were the most inconvenient aspects. The product doesn't have the best texture - it leaves a slightly unpleasant stickiness, similar to the residue on your hands after eating candy. If you're wearing dark clothes, you need to let it absorb completely to avoid transfer. Despite these drawbacks, I've continued using it, which speaks to its effectiveness in brightening and evening out my complexion.

It's perfect for those who typically dislike heavy, rich body lotions. The formula is especially great for summer use, with a consistency similar to a hydrating gel cream. Absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, when trying to use up the last bit of product, the pump stops working. There's still quite a bit left inside, but it won't come out through the pump. You'll need to unscrew the cap and shake it out to access the remaining product. Also, the brightening effect is very subtle, so it's best not to have high expectations in that regard.
