Despite being a watery toner, it absorbs well and feels more hydrating than your average liquid toner. You can immediately sense it filling your skin with moisture, but in a way that's not overwhelming for oily skin types. It's particularly effective for pores - you can feel a slight tightening sensation! There's nothing I particularly dislike about this product. I'm just filling in the required characters here... Use this toner with the serum from the same line. It works as an excellent booster!
