This moisturizer strikes the perfect balance—it tackles dryness without leaving me feeling greasy. The hydration feels just right, and I'm genuinely happy with how it performs day to day. Fair warning: if you apply too much before makeup, you might experience pilling. A lighter hand makes all the difference here. - hy***********Combination SkinAtopic SkinOct 10, 2021 (UTC+0)
I really enjoyed the fragrance. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive thing I can say about it. I came to write a review because I was so upset after using it, only to find out it's already been discontinued! I tried it because it was marketed as a wrinkle care cream. But after applying it yesterday and the day before, I've developed smile lines that weren't there before. What on earth did I put on my face? It reminded me of those early moisturizers that actually dehydrated your skin instead of hydrating it. That's exactly how this felt. I tried it once, no, twice just to be sure, but it's clearly not working for me. I'm planning to use the rest on my calves... - hh******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2021 (UTC+0)
It feels rich and nourishing when applied. And I don't know if it's just my imagination, but after using it, my surroundings seem brighter! If you apply too much, it can pill like dead skin cells. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints. Perhaps the amount is a bit small for the price? That's why I bought it during a sale.
ks******Combination SkinSensitive SkinJun 3, 2021 (UTC+0)Recommended by an Olive Young employee, but it's discontinued? A genuine purchase I made with my own money. As someone with combination skin - oily T-zone and dry U-zone - who loves runny textures and rich formulas: 1. As expected from Botanic Hill Bo, the fragrance is lovely (personal preference) 2. It absorbs smoothly into the skin 1. When applied sparingly, it absorbs quickly and leaves a dry feeling, which leads to using more product 2. As it's in a tube, you need to squeeze and crumple the packaging to get every last bit out 3. While I tend to have fine lines around my eyes, I'm not sure if this improved them You can either apply a small amount twice... or squeeze out more for a single application....
da******Combination SkinAcneFeb 23, 2021 (UTC+0)I bought this when it was on sale at Olive Young for an incredibly low price. Since it's a wrinkle cream, I intended to use it generously on my neck lines. Apart from the bargain price, I couldn't really find any other advantages. I didn't realize it had been discontinued since it was still being sold. You need to apply quite a lot to feel any hydration. On the bright side, you could say it's light and absorbs well, but... ultimately, it had absolutely no effect on wrinkles. I found that using a regular moisturizer was actually more effective. - zz******Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 2, 2021 (UTC+0)
This is truly the best for those who dislike sticky products! The application is incredibly smooth, it absorbs well, and when I wake up the next morning, my skin feels amazingly soft. Oh, and just for reference, I lightly apply this eye cream all over my face before going to bed. So far, I haven't really noticed anything particularly negative. The scent is pleasant too. - qh*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 2, 2021 (UTC+0)
Absorbs beautifully. The hydration lasts for ages, leaving skin feeling soft and supple. The fragrance is also quite pleasing. As an eye cream, it's understandably not entirely lightweight. I applied it diligently around my eyes every night, but gradually noticed small bumps forming under my eyes, so I've stopped using it now. It's on the pricier side, and unfortunately, I didn't see results that justified the cost. - al**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 28, 2021 (UTC+0)
1. It's available at an affordable price. 2. I liked the tube packaging format. 1. I'm not sure if it actually improves wrinkles. 2. It feels more refreshing than firm, so it doesn't seem to grip the wrinkles. - jg******Combination SkinAcneRecommendedJan 17, 2021 (UTC+0)
There's one ingredient that's not great, but the rest are fine, which I like. I personally enjoy the scent, though some might not. The texture isn't particularly moisturizing or rich. It doesn't make a dramatic difference that you can see right away. I'm using it more for prevention, so I keep that in mind. It's a bit thin, so I wonder if it's really effective... - gi**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJan 10, 2021 (UTC+0)
Pros: 1. It applies lightly, so you can use it before makeup without any pilling! 2. Considering it's an eye cream, I got it at a reasonable price during a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. 3. The tube packaging allows you to cut it open at the end for thrifty use of every last drop. Cons: 1. For dry skin, not recommended for winter use! It's not hydrating enough for the current dry season. 2. It doesn't help much with wrinkle improvement. I'm on my second tube, but I haven't noticed any significant effects, unfortunately.
