Even with just a small amount, it feels like you're wearing gloves made of hand cream! It seems to absorb slowly, but that's probably why the moisturizing effect lasts incredibly long. The texture is quite thick and absorbs rather slowly, so you need to spend a long time rubbing it into your hands to get it to absorb... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDec 17, 2015
I usually don't like hand creams that feel sticky and greasy, but the Glysomed hand cream is refreshing and has a gentle scent that keeps me reaching for it. While not all ingredients are perfectly safe, I'm still enjoying using it. Apart from the inconvenient tube opening, it's pretty good. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 11, 2015
It works wonders on dry skin, providing excellent hydration. The fragrance is also gentle and non-irritating. I thought it would be good for my child's skin due to its moisturizing properties, so I applied it... But then I discovered it contains five harmful ingredients. What a disappointment... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 16, 2015
I received this as a birthday gift and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the fragrance is! My hands feel moisturized quickly, and any dryness disappears completely. The scent is quite strong at first. I wouldn't recommend it to those who are sensitive to fragrances. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSep 22, 2015
My hands tend to get very chapped during seasonal changes and winter, but this product gave a wonderfully moisturizing feeling that enveloped them nicely. While it suits my dry skin well, I think people with normal or dry skin might find the texture a bit too rich and oily for their liking. When my hands are chapped and cracked, I mix this hand emulsion with face oil, wear vinyl gloves to bed, and wake up with much softer hands. It even helps slough off dead skin cells. - 26***Combination SkinSensitive SkinDec 23, 2014
The price is affordable and the scent is pleasant. It's not an overpowering fragrance (at least to me). While L'Occitane's Shea Butter Hand Cream is too expensive to use liberally, I don't feel guilty about applying this one generously. Well, I can't really think of any notable drawbacks. Though, I suppose it's not entirely free of potentially harmful ingredients.
