There was so much product that I got tired of using it... haha. The feel of it was... just okay, neither great nor terrible. You need to use quite a bit to get a good lather... The scent is nice, but it doesn't last long, unfortunately.

I've tried the treatment from the same line as well, but I prefer the treatment over the shampoo. The shampoo itself feels heavy from the moment you start washing. While it makes my hair feel silky, it also leaves it greasy. I have an oily scalp, so it's not ideal. On second thought, I wonder if a shampoo with strong cleansing power can really leave hair soft? After just one use, my curls came back to life as if I'd just had a nourishing treatment at the salon! This shampoo is truly a game-changer!!! The fragrance might be a bit too strong... I have extremely damaged hair from dyeing it every two months and frequently using heat styling tools. When I use this shampoo, my hair becomes noticeably softer. My child was using another organic product, but when we ran out of shampoo, we tried this one. It made their hair feel heavy and weighed down. As a professional, I use various hair products. I've tried many shampoos, but personally, this one is my favorite. My hair is damaged from constant bleaching and coloring every month, but this shampoo helps it hold up better. I've tried other highly-rated shampoos in between, but... These days, most people have damaged hair, and I think this works well for treating it. Since it's focused on damaged hair, after shampooing, my scalp feels slightly less refreshed (and no, it's not due to my shampooing technique). Also, the scent isn't great - far from being fresh. But of course, fragrance preferences vary from person to person... For those concerned about scalp care, it's good to alternate with a scalp-specific shampoo. The fragrance was lovely, and it's so effective for extremely damaged hair that even my hairstylist recommended it. I've been using it for a little over a month now, and I feel like my hair texture is improving. I'm using this along with a hair mask. It's also great that you can buy it in a large size. I'm not sure if I'm not drying my hair properly or if it doesn't suit my scalp, but when I part my hair after washing and drying, I notice what looks like white flakes - should I call it dandruff? There are quite a few of them. This didn't happen before using this product (I've tried others too), but with this one in particular, I'm getting these dandruff-like flakes. Hmm. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. After shampooing and applying a hair mask, comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb and leave it for a while before rinsing. Your hair will become silky smooth. It's a method my mom taught me when I was young. She always combed my hair after applying conditioner. This way, you don't need to brush while drying separately.

The scent is lovely, and my hair feels softer after using it. It works even better when paired with conditioner. Compared to other shampoos, it doesn't completely prevent my hair from getting oily a bit faster. Use with matching conditioner for best results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 5, 2016
There was a time when my hair was severely damaged due to frequent perms and coloring. During that period, I received a sample shampoo from the salon, which happened to be from L'Oréal. Surprisingly, just using the shampoo made my hair incredibly soft. Since then, I've been using the 1500ml large size, and even with continued perms and coloring, there's no split ends at all, and absolutely no tangling after washing! The price is more than double compared to shampoos sold in supermarkets?
