My hair got weighed down and felt heavy. This seems to be a common downside with protein-based shampoos, unfortunately. Since the product couldn't solve the weighing-down issue, I didn't repurchase it. The original review uses "떡졌어요" (tteok-jyeosseo-yo), which is a colloquial Korean expression meaning hair became clumpy, heavy, or weighed down. In English, this is naturally expressed as "weighed down" or "felt heavy" to help Western consumers immediately understand the texture problem. The second review emphasizes the lack of solution to this core issue, which is why the customer decided against repurchasing—a relatable reason that resonates across all markets.

Usually, after rinsing, my hair feels squeaky clean or stiff, but not with this one. It left my hair so soft and improved its texture so much that I couldn't believe I had only used shampoo. I immediately wanted to buy it again. After using this shampoo, even when I rinse my scalp thoroughly, it feels slippery and something comes out. It seems to clog the pores, causing inflammation or acne-like bumps. Could the protein ingredients be blocking the scalp pores? You really need to rinse well when using this shampoo. If you use this shampoo, make sure to rinse it out thoroughly!

Despite frequent coloring and bleaching, my hair hasn't been too damaged, but still, bleached hair is bleached hair... This shampoo is a godsend for people with scalps and hair like mine. Using just the shampoo gives you the effect of using conditioner too. A light application of shampoo, treatment, conditioner, and hair essence is all you need. However, since this product focuses on making your hair silky and flowing, it's not great in terms of cleansing effectiveness. If you prioritize a refreshed scalp and thorough cleansing, I wouldn't recommend it at all. As mentioned above, its cleansing effectiveness isn't that great. But that's because it really brings out the best in your hair! When I use this shampoo, I alternate - two days with this, one day with a deep-cleansing shampoo. I used this when my hair was severely damaged, and it felt like it prevented further damage while improving my hair texture. Excellent value for the price. This gentle product doesn't irritate the scalp and feels mild. It lathers well, and you don't need a separate conditioner. The biggest advantage seems to be how it improves hair texture. I'm definitely reordering! I can't think of any downsides. The volume is generous, the price is affordable, and they even include plenty of free samples. I don't have any specific tips to share... Unlike other products that leave my hair feeling stiff after rinsing, this one rinses out smoothly and leaves my hair with a glossy finish, as if I've used a conditioner. I thought all the ingredients were clean, but that wasn't exactly the case. Still, I love how it lathers well and doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff! Even with just shampooing, my hair feels softer compared to other shampoos. There's nothing particularly bad! As a protein shampoo, it left my hair feeling softer rather than stiff like regular shampoos, so I used it diligently for quite a while. A hairstylist friend told me that protein shampoos shouldn't actually touch the scalp. True enough, using this shampoo frequently led to quick buildup and made my scalp incredibly itchy. I absolutely love this product! It's transparent, which gives it a gentle feel, and the subtle fragrance is amazing. It's truly an epic shampoo! It doesn't quite cover scalp odor though... I do have a particularly strong case, but still... Try double shampooing! Use half your usual amount for the first wash to cleanse, then repeat for a thorough clean.
