I received this product as a gratis item. It seems perfect for Halloween makeup! For me, it's meant for Halloween makeup, so I won't have much use for it...

It applies quite smoothly. If your lips are dry, it settles into fine lines. I guess that's unavoidable with matte formulas... When worn alone, it gives a vampy look, so try layering it with a pink lipstick for a more wearable effect.
