I used this when I was in the military. It effectively removed camouflage paint and left my skin feeling clean. The downside was that after frequent use, my skin felt a bit tight. - on********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 30, 2018
It feels moisturizing after cleansing. Seems great for dry skin. After washing, it feels slippery, as if there's residue left behind. Probably not ideal for oily skin types. - co******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 7, 2017
As someone with acne-prone and sensitive skin, this was the gentlest and best first-step cleanser I've ever used. Unfortunately, it seems to have been discontinued as I can't find it anywhere now. I'm at a loss for which cleansing oil to buy next. It appears to be discontinued... I have no idea where to find it anymore. - th******Normal SkinSensitive SkinApr 26, 2017
I really liked how it cleansed my face well without causing much tightness. It might not be ideal for oily skin, but since it's suitable for all skin types, it should be fine. The affordable price means I can buy it frequently. - iv***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2017
I was in a rush, so I bought it at Olive Young. Looking at Hwahae, I was surprised to see so many unfavorable ingredients... But I had to remove my makeup, so I used it anyway. Surprisingly, my blemishes actually improved?! I followed up with tea tree cleansing foam as a second cleanse. Finally found peace for my skin. As it's a cleansing gel, it has that characteristic slippery feel and produces little foam. However, the ingredients are concerning. I'll probably switch to something else once I finish this bottle. - al*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinApr 6, 2016
I used to use the Vichy green cleansing gel, but it left my face feeling extremely tight. After switching to this, my skin feels less tight and it's as if I've applied glycerin - so moisturizing! The cleansing effectiveness is just okay. Since my face is very dry, I only use concealer to cover blemishes over my brightening moisturizer, without heavy makeup. For cleansing, I first use a cleansing cream, then follow up with this. For heavier makeup, I use a powder cleanser instead of this. Well... this product is just average for my super sensitive skin. I have atopic dermatitis and dry skin, you know. Unlike some reviews, I didn't get any small blemishes. That made me curious, so I checked the ingredients and was surprised. Because of this, I've decided to try Senka Perfect Whip next. It doesn't foam up much, so I pay extra attention when rinsing. It's decent overall. I'll compare it with Senka once I've tried it out. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 25, 2016
Compared to other gel cleansers, this one leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing, and I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation. This product alone isn't quite enough for exfoliation. I'd recommend using a separate exfoliating product at least once a week to effectively remove dead skin cells. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 30, 2016
I've been using this product for years now. People tell me my skin looks pretty good (if I do say so myself!). It's a gentle cleanser that removes makeup without irritation and leaves skin feeling clean. I might switch up other products, but I'll probably use this cleanser for life! All three women in our house use it - that's how good it is! You might go through it a bit quickly, but that's not a big deal. I use about one bottle per month. They often have buy-one-get-one-free promotions, so you can get it even cheaper if you take advantage of those deals. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 29, 2015
Nothing particularly great about it, just average... I bought it because it was cheap, and that's exactly what I got for my money. I was shocked when I looked at the ingredients... I'll probably never buy it again... The performance is really just mediocre. You're better off buying something else... - so********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 6, 2015
It's gentle, has great cleansing effectiveness, and is budget-friendly! I always come back to this product after trying others. It's never made my blemishes worse or caused any issues. It's a cleanser that truly focuses on cleansing. It's a bit slippery, so you need to rinse thoroughly. Using a bubble maker creates much better foam than lathering in your hands.
