The swatches on the back of my hand showed significant color differences, but when I applied them to my eyes, they just sparkled. Even beginners can easily apply makeup with this. It creates a natural shadow effect. The product contains shimmer, giving a subtle sparkle. There doesn't seem to be much excess powder fallout. The coral shade at the bottom isn't as pink as I expected. It's just shimmery. I was hoping for more, so that was a bit disappointing for me. This is a great item for eyeshadow novices like me to easily do their makeup. I use the coral(?) shade at the bottom as a base, fill in my crease with the burgundy, and apply the white to the inner corner of my eyes. It creates a nice, everyday makeup look that I'm satisfied with!
