Holy grail! Life-changing shampoo! Those with skin irritations need to be mindful of their shampoo too. When everything, including water, was causing a burning sensation, I found relief with this and stuck with it. I love that it's organic, has gentle ingredients, and is low-irritation. Using the right shampoo and cleanser has helped improve my skin condition. I also appreciate that it's a vegan brand that doesn't test on animals! Vegan brands generally seem to be gentler. I started using it because the product was good, but knowing it's vegan made me love it even more. Ironically, I developed skin irritation from products tested on animals (parabens were particularly troublesome for me). Nowadays, learning about the cruelty and abuse in animal testing makes me seek out vegan brands even more. Those used to regular shampoos might find it different due to the lower lather, but I've heard that lots of foam isn't necessarily better! For me, gentle ingredients were the top priority, so it didn't bother me at all! If you're into organic products, try organic shampoo too! - wl********Normal SkinAtopic SkinJan 17, 2018
I've been using this for quite a while because it's silicone-free. While I don't particularly feel like it improves my hair texture, I continue to use it because it feels safe. However, the recent price increase is making me hesitant about repurchasing. The price has gone up significantly lately, possibly due to the rising euro. It's making me reconsider repurchasing. The lather isn't great, and it leaves my hair feeling a bit stiff. - an***Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 8, 2018
It lathers up better than I expected. The fragrance is also pleasant. It's quite rich. Not suitable for those with oily skin. Unfortunately, it caused blemishes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2017
Unlike regular shampoos that leave my scalp feeling clogged and greasy, this one doesn't give me that sensation at all. For the first few days of use, it doesn't feel as refreshing, but that's okay once your scalp adjusts. However, the real issue is that by the afternoon, after washing in the morning, there's an unpleasant odor coming from my scalp. It's quite disappointing. Buying directly from overseas is the best! - ko*******Combination SkinJan 19, 2017
The fragrance is wonderful and there's plenty of product, so it's great to share with my husband and daughter. After shampooing and before conditioning, my hair feels a bit stiff. But that's the only downside. While natural shampoos often leave my hair tangled, this one is better, but I still recommend using a treatment afterward for best results. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 24, 2016
The cleansing effectiveness is great, and I've noticed less hair fall since I started using this. While the ingredients list mentions fragrance, a closer look at the product label reveals that essential oils are used for the scent. When you first use it, your hair might feel a bit stiff. But if you keep using it, you'll notice your hair texture coming back to life! - ba****Combination SkinAcne SkinAug 30, 2016
I dye my hair once a month, and my scalp used to get really itchy. A friend introduced me to an organic direct purchase site where I now buy this shampoo. It's such great value for money that I've been using it for over a year. For an organic shampoo, it lathers surprisingly well. My scalp itchiness has disappeared, and I feel like it cleanses thoroughly. The fact that it's almost fragrance-free is both a pro and a con. When my allergies are bad, strong scents can make me sneeze a lot. Due to the nature of organic shampoos, you definitely need to use conditioner afterward. If your hair feels too oily and difficult to wash, try shampooing twice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinJul 1, 2016
The cleansing effectiveness is excellent, and it produces a rich, abundant lather. Best of all, it's affordable for its size and gentle on the skin, which is why I've repurchased it and continue to use it. I especially recommend this for those with sensitive scalps like mine. After washing your hair, it doesn't leave it silky smooth. Instead, it can make your hair feel a bit fluffy and frizzy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 25, 2016
When I use regular shampoos from stores, dandruff falls like snow and blemishes pop up all the time. But since switching to Sante shampoo, my dandruff has significantly decreased. Using it again after a while, I feel like it's stripping all the gunk off my scalp, leaving it feeling incredibly refreshed! Being organic, it doesn't lather much and the foam dissipates quickly. So when I haven't washed my hair for 2-3 days, the oil buildup means I can't get a good lather even after 2-3 pumps! Also, while using this, my hair becomes stiff like twigs, so you absolutely need to use conditioner or a treatment afterwards! You can buy large quantities at a cheaper price from German direct purchase websites. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 4, 2016
It's gentler compared to regular shampoos. I've been exclusively using Satae products for over a year now. There's nothing particularly disappointing, but it does produce less lather compared to standard store-bought products. Purchasing through a German buying service is more affordable.
