It's more affordable than I expected. I love that it's organic and 100% oil-based. While it's genuinely rosehip scented, the fragrance isn't pleasant. It has an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing. - or********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2021
Despite being an oil, it absorbs lightly, making it perfect for winter evening hydration. While the product itself is good, the regular price makes you search for alternatives. Be cautious of the distinctive oil scent, which can be hit or miss. - qu***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2021
This 100% organic rosehip seed oil harnesses the nourishing power of rosehip fruit to revitalize your skin, leaving it not just hydrated, but also glowing with radiance! The oil has a deep yellow hue and a subtle rose fragrance. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving behind only a refreshing moisturized feeling without any stickiness. Depending on your skin's needs, it works beautifully when mixed with other skincare products. It's also fantastic for dry, damaged hair or parched body skin. This versatile oil can be used in so many ways! If you're looking to keep your face and body deeply hydrated, I highly recommend giving this a try. There's honestly nothing to complain about with this product! - st****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 7, 2020
Skin Type: Extremely dry, severely dry, dry... But I still get a pimple or two here and there. Nevertheless, my skin is severely dry! Characteristics: It has a reddish-brown tint and a consistency similar to jojoba oil. The scent is quite strong, with a slightly sour note? It's like sesame oil forcibly mixed with a floral scent. What I Liked: Rosehip oil is said to be rich in vitamins C and A. As you may know, both are excellent for antioxidation. It also has an appropriate amount of fatty acids and small molecules, allowing it to be quickly absorbed by the skin regardless of skin type. But let's cut to the chase - after using this, I could feel my skin elasticity significantly improve. I have quite a few pores on my right cheek, and when combined with dryness, it leads to wrinkles and sagging. But when I use this, those sagging wrinkles seem to disappear! It was truly amazing! Also, rather than making the skin brighter, it evens out the skin tone. It gives you a sophisticated-looking complexion. I love it so much! And the hydration is great too! It's not a heavy, sticky kind of moisture, but a light and dewy hydration that doesn't feel burdensome. I've used it for less than a week and it's already this good, so I'm really looking forward to seeing more results in the future. There's nothing particularly bad about it. The scent isn't too bothersome either. Some say it causes blemishes, but even with frequent use, I didn't get any. Of course, that might be because I have dry skin... For me, it actually improved my skin troubles! It works well when mixed with jojoba oil! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 11, 2019
When blemishes appear, I just wash my face and apply this instead of cream or essence. While I don't feel any dramatic effects, I believe it's packed with beneficial nutrients. The price is a bit disappointing. With so many rosehip oil options available now, I'm unsure which one to choose. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2018
First off, I love how luxurious the packaging looks and the generous amount of product you get. It's hard to see immediate results when you first start using it. You'll probably need to keep using it for a while to really tell. - sj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinApr 24, 2018
This is my first face oil, and I'm impressed by how quickly it absorbs without feeling sticky. It has a nutty sesame oil scent. The hydration was just okay for me. While it felt nice the night I applied it, I noticed some dead skin cells becoming visible again the next morning after applying makeup and going about my day. I'm not sure if it's effective for blemishes. I might still be learning how to use oils properly, so I'll need to keep using it to really tell. I applied a drop to my forehead and let it absorb, but then six inflamed blemishes appeared! I must have used too much. From now on, I'll only use one drop for my entire face. Use sparingly! - hj******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 16, 2017
I bought this for winter and it provides long-lasting hydration. While individual results may vary depending on skin type, it worked perfectly for my rather dry skin. I think oil-based products like this are absolutely essential during the cold months! Perhaps because it's fragrance-free, the oil scent is a bit strong. Those who are sensitive to scents should take note of this. I applied it by dropping 1-2 drops directly onto my forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin using the dropper, then gently massaged it in. Since my nose is particularly dry, I focused on the area around it, and it kept my skin moisturized all day long! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 13, 2017
Picked this up at Lohb's on recommendation and it's great. The dropper makes it easy to control the amount, and right after applying, my skin has a nice glow. I pulled an all-nighter for an assignment, and when I washed up and applied this before school the next day, people thought I'd had a good night's sleep because my skin looked so good! If you have oily skin, use sparingly. It makes your face super smooth. The bottle is a bit small, so I'm using it conservatively. It has a distinct scent, so it might be best to use fragrance-free products for the rest of your skincare routine. Due to the oil formulation, it can be tricky to apply. For easier application, squeeze some emulsion onto your hand and mix in a few drops of this. It leaves your hands a bit sticky after applying. I usually just dry my hair with my hands after applying all my skincare products, and while I feel like it's made my hair nicer, that might just be my imagination! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 5, 2016
I bought this oil because of its skin-friendly ingredients. It absorbs lightly and doesn't feel sticky at all. However, it's so lightweight that it doesn't give that outwardly moisturized feeling, which initially made me think I'd wasted my money. But I've continued using it as I noticed my small blemishes started to clear up. I do appreciate that it has good ingredients. After using it for two weeks, I can't say it makes my skin feel moisturized on the surface. I'm currently using it to help with blemishes, but if you want to use it for hydration, you might need to apply quite a bit. It's also a bit pricey. I've heard that rosehip oil shouldn't be used during the day, so I'm not sure what's correct here?
