I usually love trying different products and rarely repurchase, but I've settled on this one and I'm on my third bottle. It truly gives volume (many so-called volume shampoos didn't work for me), and after washing, my scalp feels refreshed. Compared to other volume shampoos, it doesn't make my hair stiff or dry. Plus, I notice less hair fall when rinsing! The scent is a typical natural herbal shampoo smell, but it's very subtle. It was so good that I can hardly think of any drawbacks. The only thing is that it doesn't leave your hair smelling strongly fragrant. If you prefer your hair to have a strong, pleasant scent, you might want to use a different shampoo or pair this with a fragrant conditioner.
