Well... I'm not really sure. I used it for a few days and then stopped... The reason I stopped using it... I bought it in-store. After using it for a few days, I noticed blemishes appearing, so I checked the ingredients and... ugh, that cursed shea butter. If you're sensitive to shea butter, avoid this product. It might seem obvious, but I'm telling you anyway: if you react to shea butter, don't use this. I should have checked the ingredients more carefully before buying... What a fool I am. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2019
I have dry skin, and periodically my skin condition becomes a mess, with a pimple or two popping up and my skin looking worse. During those times, applying various products doesn't help and can even make things worse. That's when I slather on this cream generously. The ingredients are gentle and don't irritate my skin. After using it, I don't feel any dryness, and I've seen significant soothing effects. The hydration is excellent too. The tube packaging makes it hygienic to use, and its compact size is great for carrying around. While it applies smoothly and feels moisturizing at first, it leaves a rich feeling afterwards. It can make your skin feel slightly suffocated. When used with other skincare products, the synergy is a bit disappointing. It probably won't suit oily skin types. Also, the amount is a bit on the small side. Rather than using this cream as your main moisturizer, it's best to use it intensively for three days, five days, or a week when your skin is acting up and needs a break. I typically use it intensively for a week during my 'magic period'. I strip back all other skincare, just use toner to balance my skin, then layer this cream multiple times as my entire routine! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 27, 2019
It's great for moisturizing when my nose gets flaky at the office. It's like an ointment, so even a small amount quickly soothes the skin. There's not really anything to complain about. If you apply it all over your face, it might feel a bit rich and slippery, but I only use a small amount on areas with dead skin cells. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2019
I have eczema on my neck that looks like a turtle shell, but after using this product, the texture has become softer and the scaly patches are disappearing. It's healing well. It's disappointing that the volume is so small. I think I'll need to use a separate moisturizer and a hydrating emulsion alongside this. - yj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 8, 2019
I loved that the size was small enough to use up before it expired. I used this during the change of seasons, but maybe because the weather was dry, my skin felt tight even after applying it twice. When I first opened it, the scent was a bit cloying, which I didn't like, but the smell disappeared as I continued to use it. - ks******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMay 3, 2019
First off, it feels like this cream contains only the essential ingredients you really need! When applied, it's neither heavy nor too light - just perfectly balanced. It's great for dry and sensitive skin types as it doesn't feel burdensome at all. The shelf life is a bit short, and consequently, the amount is small (though this seems unavoidable due to the product's nature). Those with extremely dry skin might find it slightly lacking in richness during seasonal changes or in the depths of winter. - gy******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2019
I really like how clean the ingredients are. While my skin isn't super sensitive, this cream works well as a basic, no-fuss option. It might be particularly good for when your skin is acting up. It doesn't have a cooling effect, and it's a bit drying, so I have to apply quite a lot. Update 07/13/2019: While I could tolerate the dryness for skincare by applying more, it's unbearably dry under makeup - a first for me! The cream was gentle, but overall disappointing. You can get it for less than 9000 won when it's on sale. If it's Green grade on Hwahae, it's even cheaper! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2019
I bought this as a face cream for pregnant women. The instructions say to use a tiny amount, so I apply it after my essence. It definitely seems to provide good hydration. I have normal skin that's not particularly sensitive, so I haven't experienced any blemishes or issues. The volume is a bit small, but since you only use a little at a time, it's not really a problem. I think I'll be able to keep using it right up until I give birth. I don't use toner. After my minimal essence, I squeeze out a pearl-sized amount and apply it. After spreading it once and gently patting, it absorbs quickly without any deep dryness. - cj*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinApr 11, 2019
I have combination dehydrated skin. It feels moisturizing when first applied. There's not much oiliness, and I bought it for around 6,000 won during a sale. This alone doesn't provide enough hydration. If you don't use a deeply hydrating serum, essence, or emulsion, your skin feels tight. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2019
A skincare product recommended at the Myeongdong Innisfree store when my skin was lacking hydration. While there's no dramatic improvement to rave about, the main advantage is that it doesn't cause any blemishes like acne after application. I also felt like it absorbs well into the skin quite quickly. Even with continued use, I can't really find any downsides yet. Maybe just the amount of product you get...?
