I love how quickly it tames my sideburns and baby hairs, making them stay in place While I leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, it's not entirely free from irritation - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2019
This is hands down the best for perming. I was scared after reading reviews, but after trying it, there's no irritation on the scalp and the perm works really well. It works extremely well... I only applied it to my sideburns, so I think there's plenty of product to use generously. It might be better to just buy a separate dye brush. The comb-like applicator that comes with the product is really inconvenient and doesn't apply evenly. It's good to have some plastic wrap or a small plastic bag at home. Cut it and stick it on for about 20 minutes, and it'll mostly adhere. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2018
I've tried about 5 different down perm products, but this one is by far the easiest to use. Above all, the price offers excellent value for money. There's nothing particularly bad. All perm products have that chemical smell, so this one does too. For first-time users, I recommend starting with this product. Its application method is the simplest of all. - cr*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 3, 2018
Among all the self-perm products I've used, this one has shown the most impressive results. The ingredients are also quite gentle. Of course, it has a scent similar to regular perm solutions, and prolonged exposure might be harmful to your hair. I'm writing this review because of those who say it doesn't work - it seems they might not be using it correctly. This product is better than brands like Dashu or Antipop. Just looking at the store reviews, 95% of users report positive effects. It has a scent similar to typical perm solutions. While the Hwahae app shows it has almost no harmful ingredients, in reality, it might be just as damaging as regular perm products. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully for the best results. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 2, 2017
This is the best down perm product I've used so far. It's gentle on the skin and the effects last about 2-3 weeks. I was able to use it four times from one bottle. The usage instructions could be more detailed. It's crucial to apply all down perm products to the roots, but this isn't clearly explained. For better results, it's important to press down on the sides of your hair after applying the product. Wrapping your hair in plastic wrap and using a headband or hair clips to secure the sides after application significantly improves the effectiveness. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 24, 2017
It's economical since you can use it about 4 times per purchase, costing less than half the price of a salon visit. It straightens hair much better than I expected. After using it once or twice, you develop your own tricks, making it easier to use and more effective. I suspect those who say it doesn't work might not know how to use it properly. The ingredients are all good, so I use it with peace of mind. No blemishes or irritation. It's convenient to use with the included comb and easy to store. It has a perm-like scent, but that's typical even in salons, so I can overlook it. For best results, apply the product generously and evenly. If you have plastic wrap at home, wrap your hair with it - it'll stick like glue, really enhancing the straightening effect. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 2, 2017
If you're looking for a product that gives you the psychological expectation of feeling pressed down, that could be a positive. It doesn't press down at all. I left it on for about 30 minutes before washing it off, and all that remained was the smell of perm solution. Nope, nothing else to add. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 15, 2016
The allure of countless cookie-cutter ads plastered everywhere, throwing money around After using it, even my flat hair suddenly gained volume - what an incredible magic trick! Definitely a no-no for those wanting sleek hair If you want to add volume to your hair, just slather this on your crown!
