It's refreshingly cool! It does an excellent job as a soothing gel. The lightweight texture makes it pleasant to use. The tube packaging and light consistency mean it leaks when you open the cap. The dripping was the most disappointing aspect. - nn****Combination SkinSensitive SkinApr 19, 2017
Since my baby has heat rash on their face, I'm relieved to use this as Hwahae shows it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients. However, when squeezing out the soothing gel, too much comes out at once. If someone accidentally steps on it, it might be all over! I've heard that applying only soothing gel can actually lead to dryness as the moisture evaporates. So, I apply the soothing gel first, let it absorb, and then layer on a cream for extra hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 20, 2017
I carefully chose Little Tykes as our baby's first emulsion during the newborn stage. Whenever heat rash appears, applying Little Tykes Soothing Gel provides excellent calming effects. I'm extremely satisfied and have been using it for 4 months now. I plan to repurchase when it runs out! When squeezing the tube, the product often comes out too quickly, causing it to spill on the floor frequently. You can get Little Tykes at a great price during their buy-one-get-one-free promotions! - ke******Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2016
My baby was born in summer, so I bought this and used it. It helped calm their heat rash and wasn't irritating at all, which was great! It's on the watery side. When applying, it feels like you're putting water on your skin. It's great that it's not irritating for newborns! During summer, I kept it in the fridge before use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2016
Great for blemish-free skin and baby heat rash. Love that it's fragrance-free too! It's a bit drying when used alone. You need to apply it with an emulsion or cream. Apply a soothing gel first, then layer an emulsion on top. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2016
After struggling with contact dermatitis for a year, my skin became super sensitive. In an effort to reduce the number of products I use, I had to accept some dryness. Now, I cleanse with toner, apply a generous amount of soothing gel and let it absorb, then follow with a pea-sized amount of cream. It has a calming effect when small blemishes appear. While the tube packaging is convenient to use, it's a bit challenging to control the amount dispensed. It tends to come out in larger quantities than needed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 1, 2016
I got this at a great price during a special sale. It feels wonderfully cool even without refrigeration. After applying the soothing gel, it feels a bit sticky. You need to follow up with a moisturizer, which is a bit of a hassle. When using this, it comes out in excessive amounts. It's really runny and strange. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinAug 23, 2016
I keep reaching for this because it's so soothing! It would be great for those dealing with baby heat rash. The opening in the cap is quite wide, so you need to be careful and only squeeze out a little bit. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 25, 2016
I bought this as a 2-for-1 deal, and it's fantastic! It's free from harmful ingredients and less sticky than Atopy. The pump dispenser is also more convenient than twist-off caps. You need to be careful with the amount dispensed, as it can come out quite generously. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 7, 2016
I'm using this for my almost two-year-old who has atopic dermatitis. I bought it because it's affordable and has good ingredients. The volume is generous. While it's not dramatically effective, we're using it comfortably. We used to use Ato*pi, but I find myself reaching for this more often. The soothing gel is a bit sticky. Since it's in a tube, if you squeeze too hard, it can come out in a big glob.
