I love the long-lasting coverage and how a single pump is enough to cover my entire face. The absorbs so well that I can apply it with my fingers without needing a brush. I used to use Lancôme Teint Miracle (I heard it was hydrating for dry skin), but while it was moisturizing, the coverage was too sheer. So when I heard NARS had good coverage, I decided to try it. I'm impressed by its balanced hydration and high coverage. It doesn't cake up over time, which is great. My complexion is between shades 21 and 23. This foundation matches my skin perfectly for a natural look. It doesn't look like I'm wearing nothing, but it does give me a subtle glow. The best part? I don't need to touch up often! It can crease a bit unattractively under the eyes and around the nose. Still, it's the best among the products I've tried... I'm taking off one star because there might be even better options out there! (But it's definitely number one among what I've used so far.) If you have dry skin, make sure to pay extra attention to your skincare routine before applying makeup! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2018
It doesn't darken over time, and there's no need for touch-ups throughout the day I'm prone to small blemishes, and right after applying this foundation, I noticed some popping up - ho******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 10, 2018
Absolutely perfect! I usually only splurge on high-end makeup for items I use for over two years, while I opt for affordable skincare products that suit my skin. I use quite a bit of foundation each time, as I load up my brush generously. (Though I'm a homebody who loves makeup, I only do a full face about twice a month, going bare-faced to work on weekdays.) That's why I've always wondered if foundation over $50 is really worth it, and what sets it apart from drugstore options. I've watched countless beauty YouTuber videos too. My face gets extremely sweaty, so on full-makeup days, I meticulously follow beauty gurus' advice, including powder application. Yet my makeup would still break down... sigh. Moreover, my previous drugstore foundation was winter-appropriate and moisturizing, but even with powder, it would transfer when I touched my face. But this product? The staying power is insane! I was shocked that it didn't leave marks even when I pressed my hands on my face. No exaggeration here. You might notice in the photo that the color looks quite dark. Whenever I tried shade 23 in drugstore foundations, it was always too light, creating an obvious line even when blended down my neck, which I hated. I prefer a natural complexion, so I deliberately chose a cheaper shade similar to my bare skin tone. I could've gone slightly lighter, but I'm still extremely satisfied. It adheres to the skin in a thin, luxurious layer. I'm not kidding! This is perfect for those who have dry skin in winter, become oily and sweaty in summer, and prefer a natural-looking complexion. The price and quantity. Still, even though it's expensive with less product, in my case, since I only do a full face two or three times a month, it should last a long time. I haven't tried it with a brush, but I think this product, which sets quickly upon application, might not work well with the technique of loading a lot of product on a brush and gently blending it out. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 23, 2017
I love the wide range of shades available. It's perfect for achieving a natural complexion, which I prefer. The coverage is great too. The case tends to get dirty easily, and it slightly emphasizes dead skin cells. - wi*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessAug 3, 2016
A foundation that naturally complements darker skin tones. It provides excellent coverage and noticeably brightens the complexion, making it highly recommended for those with deeper skin tones. I used it without a foundation brush, which was a mistake... A brush is absolutely essential.
