It lathers incredibly well, leaves no residue, reduces hair fall, and true to its name, it really does boost volume. I didn't find any particular drawbacks! The scent is a bit strong, but I like it. It seems to add some volume to my hair as well. I keep getting something on my scalp. The fragrance is nice, but it doesn't seem to agree with my skin.

It has such a sweet scent that I loved it so much after rinsing. It lathers up really well, making shampooing a breeze! Unfortunately, the ingredients didn't agree with my hair and I experienced some issues. Also, I didn't notice any volume-boosting effects.

I've used over 5 bottles of this shampoo. After using common domestic products, I switched to Tsubaki conditioner and treatment last year when my hair was in terrible condition. I then started using their shampoo as well. I'm not too picky, so I used it without any major complaints. However, it was much better compared to supermarket brands. I've tried both the Moist and Volume Touch varieties, but personally preferred the scent and feel of Volume Touch. The silicone-free formula was the most satisfying aspect. Two pumps were enough to create rich lather for my long hair that reaches below my waist. While it doesn't leave your scalp and hair feeling squeaky clean, I think its cleansing effectiveness is quite good. My hair has improved a lot now, but even for damaged hair, if you don't like an overly moisturizing feel and prefer something refreshing, the Volume Touch with a Moist conditioner should be sufficient. Despite having dry skin and hair, the Moist version seemed to make my hair feel weighed down quickly. I've been using Tsubaki for a while and just ordered a different brand for a change, but I might come back to this - maybe it'll be even better next time? Despite being called 'Volume Touch', don't expect much in terms of volumizing effects. I'd recommend this to those who want to use Tsubaki but hate when their hair feels sticky. It seems Tsubaki is a brand you choose more for the feel of their conditioner and treatment rather than the shampoo.

This shampoo seems to suck out every bit of nourishment from your hair. I've never encountered a product that makes hair so stiff. I bought this because it was advertised as a volumizing shampoo, but is it just me and my family? Our hair feels flat... So it doesn't add any volume either. To make matters worse, I've never had blemishes on my scalp in my entire life until now! On the bright side, it does lather well. I've listed all the disappointing aspects above... I guess it just doesn't work for me.
