I tried a sample I received from an event. The vibrant orange cream was fascinating. It applies smoothly, feels gentle on the skin, and provides incredible hydration. I was shocked by the price - it's way too expensive... As someone with oily skin, I found it too rich for me, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 11, 2018
I received a sample and used it for about two weeks. My complexion definitely brightened, and a few of my blemishes cleared up. I loved it so much that I'm planning to purchase it again. Everything else about it is great, but the price is so steep that I'm hesitant to buy it. It's a tough decision. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 10, 2017
Received this as a gift. Used it without knowing what retinol was. My skin was so dry due to winter, I applied it day and night. Later, I found out it should be tested every other day and only applied at night. While I didn't use it correctly due to lack of knowledge about the ingredients, the formula just doesn't suit my skin. Always research skincare ingredients before use to avoid potential irritation. For sensitive skin, patch test new products and introduce them gradually into your routine. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 27, 2016
I heard this is one of the few products with liposomal retinaldehyde, which is an upgrade from retinol. Maybe that's why it's pricey... The color is incredibly beautiful and unique - a carrot shade! Perhaps because of the vitamin A? It doesn't absorb instantly into the skin, and feels quite rich. It rolls on smoothly, and if you pat it in a few times while applying, it absorbs into the skin. There was no stickiness, and it really helped with my extremely dry skin. I used to mix cream with oil or apply oil on top, but this was moisturizing enough that I didn't need to do that anymore. Those who dislike rich textures probably won't enjoy this. The price is also quite steep, making it difficult to use regularly. There's also a scent - it's like a healthy mix of herbal medicine and vitamins, but I can't quite describe it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 8, 2016
The cream has an orange tint that remains visible when applied to the skin. It seems more suitable for nighttime use. The absorption and hydration were decent. I used a sample I received (the day after getting it). About an hour after application, my skin started to feel swollen. After applying it at night and waking up in the morning, my face was so puffy that my double eyelids disappeared. I experienced skin overheating, blemishes, and redness all at once. The strange sensation of something trapped under my skin prompted me to visit a dermatologist immediately. I typically use only products known for being gentle due to my super sensitive skin, so I'm not sure how it might affect other skin types. (I don't have acne-prone skin.) However, I want to caution those with sensitive skin like mine to be careful with this product. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 27, 2016
I decided to try this product because it contains retinol and other groundbreaking ingredients not found in other cosmetics before. My skin rarely gets blemishes, maybe once every few years, but after 2-3 weeks, I noticed some breakouts and dryness. When I went back to the store, they suggested using it only 2-3 times a week instead of daily, and to observe the results. You see, I've been using SK2 exclusively for 6 years, so this is my first switch. I'm still willing to give it a chance. I'm using it with the essence, and I feel my complexion has brightened a bit. In the first week, people even commented that my skin looked better. I'll update my review in 2-3 weeks. Since I've invested in this product, I plan to use the entire bottle before making a final judgment. There's no warning that sensitive skin types should be cautious, so using it daily without knowing could lead to blemishes. If you're switching from another brand, don't suddenly use it every day. Start by applying it only 2-3 times a week. - ls*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2016
I first got a sample from the department store to try it out. Since I didn't have a retinol cream, I bought it out of curiosity. I use it together with the Miracle Essence. Not sure if they're a perfect match since they're both CNP Rx's flagship products, but my skin has become clearer and brighter. I love CNP cosmetics and use almost all their products. My routine is: 1. CNP Peeling Booster 2. CNP Rx Rejuvenating Toner 3. CNP Green Propolis Ampoule 4. CNP Rx Miracle Essence 5. CNP Rx Skin Revive Contour Eye Cream 6. CNP Rx Skin Revive Contour Cream 7. Su:m37 Secret Oil First off, since it contains retinol, no matter how much ceramide is in it, it can't completely solve deep dryness. When using it, my skin feels extremely dry, so I go through multiple steps: 1st Revive Cream, 2nd Oil, 3rd Cream. I keep applying. Sometimes I even go up to 4th and 5th applications. Be careful not to use retinol products and exfoliants or peeling products together, as it can make your skin very dry. Use them separately. For those with dry and sensitive skin, and those who haven't used retinol products before, start by using it only a few times a week.
