I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through! It absorbs so well, leaving my skin hydrated. I love spraying it generously. I use it as a toner or mist. My skin feels incredibly comfortable. Great value for the amount you get! There's nothing particularly bad about it. Just using this alone after cleansing can leave my skin feeling dry. It's best when followed up with a serum and moisturizer. In summer, this alone can keep my skin somewhat hydrated. I have extremely dry and dehydrated skin, but in winter, mixing this with squalane makes my skin feel incredibly comfortable and hydrated. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2019
I use this as a booster before applying my toner. It seems to help the toner absorb better and refine my skin texture. It's also nice to use as a mask. The hydration doesn't last long, and it lacks that special something. Whether as a toner, mist, or mask, it feels inadequate for any specific use. This makes it seem not very cost-effective. I bought two bottles because I was tempted by the round cotton pads, but they're quite thick and absorb a lot of product. You need to really soak them for a mask treatment. If you have time in the morning, soak a thin, adherent cotton pad generously and leave it on. This helps the toner absorb more deeply for extra hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 27, 2019
Excellent as a cleansing toner, very gentle and non-irritating. When applied generously on a cotton pad and placed on irritated skin, it has a soothing effect that feels great. Using it as a cleansing toner somehow gives the impression of lower value for money. However, considering the ingredients and volume, it's not actually expensive. It's just that other products from this brand tend to be more affordable compared to the average, which might be why it feels that way. The seal on the toner bottle is not to my liking. It's convenient to soak cotton pads in the container and use them one at a time as needed. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 25, 2018
It's not sticky and feels gentle on the skin. The scent isn't overpowering, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Although it seems to be alcohol-free, there's a slight tingling sensation right after application. The fragrance, while not strong, has a subtle scent that I don't particularly like. Considering the volume, the price doesn't seem very reasonable for what you get. - vy****Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityJan 21, 2018
I'm a toner nomad! I used to use the Dokdo toner, but this one feels a bit gentler on the skin! Currently, it's winter and super dry, so I'm using it as a wipe-off toner followed by ampoules and creams. But I think in summer, this alone would be great for the 7-skin layering method! I love how it keeps my skin hydrated without feeling like the moisture is evaporating. Sometimes, when I'm not doing a full mask, I'll soak a cotton pad and place it on areas that feel extra dry. After that, my skin absorbs it well and feels less parched! It's fine for now, but if I increase the amount of toner I use... the price might become a bit burdensome! - ki******Oily SkinAcne SkinSep 20, 2017
I'm planning to repurchase this, which is why I marked 'yes' for repurchase. My face was breaking out and looked dull, but on days when I use this mask, my skin becomes hydrated and any emerging blemishes seem to subside! The calming effect is outstanding. I use this as a skin pack before applying makeup, so I go through it really quickly. While the quantity is generous, using it as a skin pack makes it feel a bit pricey. I wish they'd increase the amount significantly. Just applying it to the face without using it as a pack doesn't seem to help much. There are thin cotton pads, or something like facial cotton sheets sold by Natural Tips. They're about 3500 won for 20 sheets (currently on sale). Using those for a skin pack really helps with deep dryness! (You can find instructions on how to do a skin pack online) - pr*****Combination SkinAcne SkinJun 20, 2017
As an aloe vera enthusiast, I've been using this product after switching from Isntree's Aloe Toner. While Isntree's had a gel-like consistency, I wanted something more watery. After extensive research, I found this gem on Netip (by the way, their yeast and rice bran masks are fantastic too!). This toner has a completely liquid consistency that flows easily. It's made with aloe vera leaf juice instead of extract, which explains the slightly higher price point. You can buy a spray nozzle separately to use it as a refreshing mist. Although it's called a 'Soothing Pack Water', I use it as a toner - first wiping with a cotton pad, then patting the remainder into my skin before continuing with my skincare routine. There's an even better way to use it, which I'll share in the tips section! It has a subtle scent from chamomile and lavender, though you might get used to it over time. The price is a bit steep for a toner... *cough*... It feels like money's flying away every time I use it generously. There are plenty of other toners out there, it's just a matter of finding the right one. Once I finish this, I plan to switch to Isntree's Green Tea Toner for summer and Aricoco Toner for seasonal changes. Oh, and for those who like to mix their toner with facial oils - this one doesn't blend well. Even after vigorous shaking, the oil just forms little droplets in the middle. Here's a pro tip for evening use: Generously spray the Soothing Pack Water on a dry sheet mask, apply it to your face, then layer some aloe gel on top. The cooling effect is amazing! After 10 minutes, remove the mask and you'll find your skin beautifully hydrated. Despite using aloe gel, there's no stickiness or pilling. This method works well with other toners too - just soak a sheet mask in your favorite toner and top with aloe gel for a refreshing, hydrating treat!
