I've been using this for years. Thanks to the retinol content, it really helps refine my skin texture. Hmm, despite the retinol percentage not being very high, it occasionally causes my skin to react negatively. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 14, 2022
After two weeks of use, I noticed my fine lines significantly smoothed out. It doesn't feel sticky at all after application. Even with generous application, my skin feels a bit dry in the morning, and the area under my eyes becomes red. Since retinol can be drying to the skin, it's essential to use aloe vera gel alongside it. - sm*********Oily SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 12, 2022
I discovered this affordable retinol cream while searching for budget-friendly options! It's being sold online at a lower price compared to other retinol creams out there. At first, my skin needed some time to adjust, but after consistent use, I've noticed significant improvements. My wrinkles have reduced, blemishes have calmed down, and most notably, my pores appear visibly smaller. There's a precaution to only apply it at night, but overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and continue to use it! The cream doesn't absorb well, so you need to apply it carefully. Be careful not to pat it in too vigorously, as it can leave a white cast. The key is to gently massage it into your skin, as if you're giving yourself a facial. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinApr 10, 2021
I use this when I want to feel like I'm using retinol, I guess? I didn't see the expected results from using a retinol product (not even the dead skin cell shedding that's supposed to happen with frequent use...) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 12, 2020
It absorbs surprisingly quickly. It's affordable. Just trying to fill up twenty characters... I got blemishes the very next day - I guess my skin doesn't agree with retinol. The consistency is shockingly thick. I've never seen a cream like this before. It stretches like cheese, making it inconvenient to use. I suppose it's all about trying different products to figure out which ingredients don't work for you, right? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 6, 2019
I'm really enjoying this product. I started using it for the retinol, but I've grown to love the scent too. After applying, my skin feels plump and velvety soft. It seems to have brightened my complexion as well. I've been using it for two months now. At first, I had a hard time getting used to the texture, haha! Surprisingly, it absorbs well if you wait about 2 minutes after application. I've been using it every other day, as I heard daily use might be too intense for the skin. The biggest challenge is definitely the texture - it's like an incredibly soft, watery paste... - hy*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2018
The texture is rich and creamy, but it doesn't feel sticky after application! I bought this to use on areas where I'm concerned about wrinkles. I've heard that retinol is also good for blemishes, and I'm experiencing that firsthand! My blemishes are noticeably calmer than before I started using it. Since the active ingredients are light-sensitive, I only apply it at night before bed. The scent is pleasant too! The main drawback is the price... it's quite expensive. While you do get a good amount of product, I bought mine on sale and I'm satisfied, but I'm not sure I'd repurchase at full price. It's best to decant this product into smaller containers! The jar is quite large, and sometimes pressure builds up in the inner lid, making it difficult to open or close properly. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 1, 2018
I haven't been using it for long, but the day after applying it, my skin looked noticeably brighter. There's this radiant feeling, you know? I bought it during a sale, so the price was incredibly reasonable. I thought I'd give it a try, and wow! It's pretty good! I learned that this product contains only a small amount of retinol and shouldn't be used with vitamin products. I didn't know and used it daily along with Dr. Remedy's vita cream and Fadeout night cream. Unfortunately, this led to contact dermatitis, causing severe breakouts on both cheeks and forehead. But this was due to my carelessness... When choosing retinol products, please be extremely cautious when applying! The product itself is good though!!! The inner seal was so difficult to open that when I finally managed to pop it off, it literally flew into the air, causing me to spill a lot of the precious cream. If you purchase this, please open it carefully... - li*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 16, 2018
I love the unique, bouncy texture that might be hit-or-miss for some. It feels like it's lifting my skin cells, making them all plump and firm - move over, snail cream! I can almost hear the satisfying 'squish' sound as I apply it. Today, after washing my face and applying toner, I just slathered this on generously. My skin used to be combination-oily before giving birth, so I absolutely despise anything that feels heavy. While this cream takes a bit to absorb, once it does, it feels incredibly lightweight. There's no greasy feeling at all! First off, it's the ingredients. That's why I really hesitated to buy it. In the end, the affordable price won me over and I decided to give it a try. Secondly, the bouncy texture is both a pro and a con. You have to work it into your skin, patting vigorously to help it absorb. As you do, you might notice little fibers flying around - those who've used snail creams will know what I mean. Third, the lasting hydration feels lacking. The surface feels moisturized, but my skin still feels dry underneath. I'd layer something else on top, but that's just too much hassle! Fourth, the inner lid is so tight it's a struggle to open every time. I noticed the same with their horse oil cream, so it seems to be a brand quirk. While I appreciate the secure seal, it can be frustrating when I'm in a rush due to childcare duties. I use the built-in spatula to scoop out a generous amount and apply it like I'm doing a mask. When it looks white on your skin, don't pat it vigorously - that'll make those white fibers fly around. Instead, gently massage it in with a light touch, as if you're cleansing your face. It'll absorb beautifully. If you just leave it, it'll take forever to sink in. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 15, 2018
I bought this product because I wanted to try something with retinol. I was worried since I heard retinol can wreak havoc on your skin if used incorrectly, but it didn't cause my skin to freak out or lead to an explosion of dead skin cells. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy either. As for effectiveness, I'm someone who usually has trouble noticing the effects of skincare products, so I can't say much about that. Every time I open the lid, it's a bit of a struggle. When you twist open the main cap, there's a smaller lid that holds the spatula in place. The problem is, whenever I open this, the product inside goes everywhere!
