I have a sun allergy, but I don't get hives when I use this! That's how effective it seems to be. It absorbs well with a gentle feel and appears to provide a slight brightening effect. It's not sticky and dries quickly! It's not sold in Korea. They claim it's resistant to water and sweat, but I'm not sure about that. It pills when you reapply. There seems to be a slight stinging sensation in the eyes. What I like best is that when applied alone, there's no pilling, it absorbs well, and doesn't feel sticky. You don't need to apply it thickly; it should provide sufficient coverage in Korea. - ri******Normal SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJun 9, 2020
I'd rate this 3.7 stars. Rounding up to 4... but not quite 4. First off, the cleansing experience isn't bad at all! The container is also great for kids to use. It's not a bad choice to take on trips. The ingredients aren't particularly impressive. My four-year-old found it quite uncomfortable. There's some eye irritation too. Also, at 24,000 won, it's certainly not cheap. It's usable if you forgot your sunscreen on a flight, but personally, I prefer Korean brands like Innisfree - they feel better, are more affordable, and eco-friendly. The non-recyclable packaging of this one is a real drawback. Since it's a large container, open it with clean hands. Squeeze some onto the back of your hand before applying. Reapply every 2.5 hours during intense outdoor activities, or every 3-4 hours otherwise. I'd recommend this for children 5-6 years and older, but please avoid using it on very young children's faces. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 21, 2019
I was really cautious about using this product after hearing about potentially risky ingredients. But after buying it overseas and trying it out, I didn't have any adverse reactions. While it might not be necessary in Korea, this product works great in hot foreign climates. The downside is that the ingredients are somewhat disappointing, and the effects seem too intense for use in Korea. - wl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 10, 2019
I bought this sunscreen for my trip to the Philippines because it claimed 100% UV protection! The texture is like water, but it's also bouncy and elastic. When I applied it to my face, there was some white cast initially. I was surprised because I heard you should apply a lot of sunscreen, so I used quite a bit! However, as I continued to massage it in, the white cast disappeared, and it adhered to my skin perfectly. I think I'll use this again when I go to the beach in summer or on another overseas trip! Since it's not waterproof, it seems to wash off easily with water and sweat. I wore it while swimming, and my eyes stung. For swimming, I'll just use it on my body! I've been stressed about sun protection in summer, but with its SPF 100, I feel confident walking around in the sunlight! I'm so satisfied that I'd consider buying another one if I travel abroad again. Also, it's great that the sunscreen doesn't pill. The texture is so bouncy and elastic! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 4, 2019
My skin is extremely sensitive, and all the sunscreens I've tried from the app rankings either made my makeup separate or pill, even after letting them absorb. But this product? It's truly amazing! It adheres to my skin like an emulsion, without any pilling or separation. I bought it in Cebu and now I want to go back just for this! My skin is super super sensitive, but this product worked well for me without causing any blemishes. However, I've heard that some people don't react well to it due to the ingredients. If you're traveling, buy one to try. If it works well for you, stock up! I've noticed quite a few people saying it didn't suit them. - re********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 22, 2019
It absorbs well, probably due to its light consistency. You can easily find it anywhere in Boracay. The dispenser design needs improvement. It gets messy with product leaking every time I use it. When applying, little clumps form on the skin, causing pilling. - jh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2018
I bought and used this when I went to Boracay. It was definitely great! I didn't get sunburned at all! I didn't apply it on my face, but I frequently used it on my body, especially on the back of my neck. It rubs off easily. It feels just like typical sunscreen. When I tried applying it on my face, it pilled when I tried to layer it. Also, when I sweat, it stings my eyes. For the face, it's better to use sun cushions or other alternatives. There's a larger size available, but I think it's better to buy multiple smaller ones. Since there's an expiration date, you know. When I went on vacation, I bought several to use as gifts, which worked out well! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 14, 2017
I usually hate applying sunscreen because it feels suffocating on my face. But when I went to Boracay, our guide mentioned they had SPF 100. I didn't want to get sunburned, so I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it was moisturizing and didn't feel heavy at all! I used it consistently during my Boracay trip and even after returning to Korea, I applied it before my foundation. It was amazing! Unfortunately, my sister borrowed it and lost it, but I'm 100% going to repurchase it! I really regret buying only one. I never thought my sister would lose it. Next time I go, I'll definitely buy two or three! - Hwahae UserOily SkinApr 27, 2017
When I went to Boracay in the Philippines, someone recommended this sunscreen because the equatorial sun is intense. I was worried it might be harsh due to the high SPF, but I feared sunburn more. My friend and I each bought one and slathered it all over. It felt gentle rather than harsh, with a watery texture that wasn't sticky at all. I loved how quickly it dried. Thanks to this, I came back to Korea without a hint of sunburn. I loved it so much that I bought another one to use all over my body for my next vacation or water park trip! Before snorkeling, I applied it thickly on my face and went into the sea. As I snorkeled, my eyes gradually started stinging and burning. I think as water or moisture got into the snorkel gear, the sunscreen melted and got into my eyes, causing the burning sensation. Later, I found out there was a separate facial sunscreen at the beach hut. When applying to your face, either apply only below the eyes or use the beach hut's facial sunscreen. For swimmers or those who sweat a lot, it's best to apply sunscreen from below the eyes or use a facial sunscreen to prevent it from getting into your eyes! If it does get in, it can cause stinging and burning sensations.
